The original repair for a collapsed drain went fine and took 5 working days (2 more than they originally stated}, but then it all went downhill!
Auger left the drive dug up and had not replaced the original paving slabs. It took 7 days to get someone back out and when they had finished it, it was a disgrace.
A flag broken, 5 flags raised with sharp edges and 2 with huge holes down the sides.
After complaining Auger sent out another guy to repair the damage that the 1st two left, he did a good job, but it has taken 4 weeks and 2 days.
It is 2 days later, after being informed 3 times from Auger that the skip on the drive would be picked up. Still hasn't been collected, so I called the skip company today, to ask why and they informed me Auger had not instructed them to collect it.
It has been nearly 5 weeks with a skip on our drive and I am still being told they do not know when it will be collected.
Not great service and I would not recommend them to anyone!

On site, the engineer was professional, friendly and respectful of my property, and soon was able to assure (and show via camera) me that the blockage has dispersed.

Auger validated my insurance claim. I had 3 quotes for the work originally (all with a similar price). Auger however told my insurance company they would have charged 2/3 less!!!! I do not believe they could have done the work for the price they told the insurance company.

We had a problem that part of our drain had sunk and the pipes were cracked. Auger's surveyor visited and provided a full professional report then subsequently the company did the work to resolve the problem at a very reasonable price. Very pleased.

I recently had my drains replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept disruption to a minimum, and worked tirelessly to get the job completed to a very high standard.
What really stood out was how tidy and respectful they were throughout the whole process — no mess left behind and everything was finished exactly when they said it would be.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing drain replacement work. Reliable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing a great job.
