Poor quality customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible quality and they will NOT refund your monies!! Read all the reviews!! Fraud company!!

If I could give this Company a zero I would . Their return process is terrible. You have to exchange . No such thing as return . You cannot get your money back ..Their products are of poor quality . And sizing is off for Americans . Size up . Better yet don't purchase anything .

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I received a dress that was supposed to be a xs/s and it is more like a Large. I cannot wear it, it is just ridiculously big. I asked for a refund. They don’t want to hear anything. How am I supposed to find something that fits me if the smallest size is WAY too big? Never saw such a poor customer service. And looking at all the bad reviews they have I am not the only one.

I bought a $128 pair of linen pants and the seams were so poorly constructed that the pants tore completely on one wear. The company refused to honor any return/exchange, even for credit or another item.

Return policy is awful, and so is the quality of the clothing.
I ordered several items, they all were terrible and now I am stuck with store credit. I have been unable to spend it because everything I order is poor quality and once again needs to be returned.

If I could give a zero I would. I returned my items almost 6 weeks ago and have still not received store credit. On line, they state it takes 7-10 days. The return policy is hidden and is very different than most stores. I returned items and after 6 weeks, the only response i get to my email follow ups ( you cannot call) is ... that they're busy. The clothes themselves are inferior, not lined, cut very small. I am reaching out to my credit card company to dispute the charge from this company of thieves.

Very average customer experience and an absolutely prehistoric returns policy given their online presence. Really disappointed with not only their policy but their approach - lacks both kindness and common sense.

This company only Sells 2 peice ladies gym sets, it has a clear returns policy on the website, and a prompt response to customers it also only ships to the UK.
The reviews about dresses, delivery times and customer service here from international accounts are clearly bots and Trustpilot needs to do better to verify purchases with reviews.

Terrible customer experience. They don't post anywhere on their main site that their return policy is essentially that they have none. When you attempt to start a return online, that is the first time you see their "policy" which is you can exchange items or return for "store credit" due to "internet scams".

This company is an internet scam. I have reached out to their customer service team 3 times in 2 days and crickets. I have no doubt they won't reply until I am outside of even their "exchange" window, which is a total joke for an online company to have such a policy and not make it VERY clear when a customer is checking out that is their policy.

I should have researched the reviews before making the purchase! Although the photos look beautiful on Instagram & on their web-site, the quality is absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 dresses, not only do they fit terribly, they are poorly made.

To make matters worse, they do not offer a full refund back in the original form of payment, they only offer a "store credit." As if I'd buy anything else on there.

I see this company as a complete scam!

The dress took a really long time to arrive, I was away when it finally came. Colour was not as expected so I tried to exchange for a different colour and was told I was a week out of return policy. Very frustrating company.

I’m very disappointed in this company. The dress I got was great! but it was too big. I tried to exchange for a small but they told me they don’t do returns after 14 days. I asked why I couldn’t exchange this never-worn item for a small chance size. Then, they stopped communicating. The dress is over $200, not a small purchase for me and I’m really disappointed with their lack of communication, understanding and value to keep customers. Not only (unless this issue is managed and then I will follow up with this review) will I be sure to warn my friends/family, but I will continue to use social media to warn the public about this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My purchase took forever to receive; the clothing is poor quality; they do not allow returns with refund; and the exchange itself is taking forever. I still haven’t received the substitute item. This is an expensive scam! Buyer beware.

I would give this zero stars if possible. As others have said there is no true return policy. You can only get store credit and as others have said the items are very cheaply made. Shall I endlessly buy and return, buy and return? For weeks and months and years? How is that good for anyone. But I’m quite angry that the policy comes as a surprise.

Insufficient information about size and fit. You won't get a refund, the reason is also insufficient. Online services should provide genuine customers exchanges or refunds. After all, these are online services.

Got the dress and it 2 weeks to get and the dress was not AT ALL like it looked in pictures or described. Very cheaply made.
When went to return, you can only get store credit due to “ internet scams” and then when I went to return the item their site wouldn’t like me do an online return.
This experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend.

Ordered a skirt/top. Took over 30 days to get to me. It didn’t fit properly. Tried to get a return label and their site kept saying they could not locate my order. Emailed them and when they corresponded with me, I could return for credit at my expense. Very frustrating experience.

Absolutely love my gym wear !! I can’t wait to purchase my next colour. Super durable also as mine go in the wash a couple of times a week. Really happy with my purchase.
