Amazing products and services

I wanted to wait until the product was used to do a review (just to be sure) & I after only a few days I can say without a doubt this is a genuine product. Payment/service was super efficient & easy. It did take a few days to ship however I received the Aus Post label allocation quickly. I would say if you don't live in WA to order sooner or use express as it did take a long time to arrive however this is an Aus Post issue & not the businesses fault. I am super keen to order again in the near future! Thanks guys!

We had booked the shipping on a Friday evening but dropped them off on Monday (to avoid your order sitting in the hot post box over the weekend) hence the delay in shipment. It took 4 weeks to arrive?
It’s hard to do a a cycle with that Waite time. Yes , I understand I should just buy more. But I’m living week too week. Is there a way to delver your product in a shorter space of time? No offence meant.

You place a preorder on Jan 23 for a product that had an eta of 29th January for us to receive stock. Your order was then shipped the same day, 29th Jan and was delivered 9th Feb to regional Victoria. “4 week wait time” is false.

As we told you in our reply to your email on the 6th of February, your item is with auspost and there isnt anything we can do to speed them up.

Happy Perth Customer

I am over 40 and have been sitting on the same weight for months . No matter how clean I eat I couldn’t seem to shift the weight . Researched peps and found this company based in Perth . Ordered on 27th Jan . Received 6 days later. Started immediately. I read that most people see results after 4 weeks . I am day 4 and down 1.3kg 😳 started with a small dosage. So far I am impressed . Will see how I go after week 4 . Customer service was amazing too .

Have not received item, paid for express shipping and it’s been 2 weeks.

Order paid for on January 25th at 8pm
Order shipped January 26th (we worked on the public holiday to ship it out)

Customer lives in the Northern Territory, products were being sent from Perth.
It has been 6 business days since posting and her tracking shows expected delivery day after tomorrow.

Customer never contacted us or followed up before leaving this review.

Aus post delivery estimate from WA to NT is 9 business days.

Customer did not pay for express as we do not offer express shipping as an option at check out.

Excellent Customer Service

Had a fantastic experience with AusPepsPerth. Customer service was terrific and they were very responsive to my questions around delivery timing even through the New Year period

Great service; stock not that great

I really wanted to like this company, especially when their service was exceptional. I was sent the wrong stock and they replaced it quickly and without fuss. Unfortunately, the stock I received has had no effect. I’ve used R from other suppliers and enjoy appetite suppression and have made fantastic progress, however I’m starving all the time, it’s like my hunger is in overdrive. The site is also irritated and I have other random pains that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. I just don’t know if it even works or is what I ordered.
