Went to AutelStore to update my MS906BT took just three days to receive an email with notice that the update was ready to download, which I'm pleased was an automatic update on the tablet updates page, all in all very pleased with the service no complaints.

Ordered £350 worth of Autel TPMS sensors. What was sent was very different to what was advertised. Had no luck contacting Autelstore directly and had to raise a Paypal claim. Had the offer of a refund but I had to front the return postage back to China!! You know for a fact a company like this will deny all knowledge of them ever being returned and i'd lose my £350. Will have to keep them and try and use them. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!

Was a bit wary of updating the software on MS906 scan tool online from china but it went so smooth, downloaded it works better than i thought it would .the customer service is fantastic no matter wot you ask of them always happy to help

Update ordered for mk900-bt online, took a few days to process. As it was my first time a description of steps would have been nice, but all ok in the end, great 👍

I am very disappointed with the Autel MS906 Pro.

After 1 year and 8 months of normal use, I accidentally performed a factory reset. Following the reset, all diagnostic software was completely removed, and the device became unusable. I was then required to pay for new subscriptions just to restore basic functionality.

A professional tool should not become useless after a simple factory reset. Being forced to pay again to use a device I already purchased is extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend this product based on this experience.
