In detail:
I have now bought five M90 OBD on-board computers for my family and myself,
Which we have installed in BMWs and Minis.
We all find the devices very good and they work reliably.
But one of them was defective the first time we tested it (voltage display wrong, not adjustable, etc.).
Unfortunately, we did not get a new appliance - despite the supposed guarantee.
After more than a month with countless emails, sending pictures, descriptions of the damage:
The same phrases repeatedly, but no solution, no help, no replacement device.
In the end, our only option was to throw it away and buy a new one. Annoyingly, unfair and only waste of time!
So: We will buy these or identical appliances again at any time. But > NEVER again from autooltech.
BTW: If these facts were disputed:
We saved the complete communication to proof, if neccessary!
