Don't assume putting your registration in will show the correct part
Ordered a fuel filter after putting my vehicle registration in the Autovaux site. It displays (and still does) both 88mm and 82mm filters (which I didn't notice as it's down in the specifications) so I ordered the cheapest filter and it didn't fit even though the web site says it will fit. Turns out I need 82mm, not 88mm.
I emailed the sales email address 2 days ago to explain and request a resolution but as I haven't heard I went down to the local car part shop and bought the correct part which I've now fitted.
I'll just put the £20 lost down to experience and use the local shop - GSF car parts - who are also on-line & I fully recommend - conveniently when I enter my reg it brings up the correct part :-)

Our online sales team can't seem to find the email you sent 2 days ago, or any record of your order online. So if you can please email our online sales email at "websales@autovaux.co.uk" with your order number we can start the returns process for you.
While our online reg checker will have shown you parts that can fit your vehicle, it will show every option available. But in the part listing it will have more detailed information where you can check if multiple options are shown.

Wow great help !!! Was looking for a specific hose for our zafira. Exact hose fit and part number where as other suggestions were the wrong part number and size for the job . Quick delivery and packaging really good would definitely recommend.

Great service, definitely worth a look
Website easy to navigate, payment was easy, secure and quick. The part is as described and very good quality. Delivery was free and fast and the item was very well packaged in bubble wrap and boxed. I would definitely use Autovaux again.

Genuine Vauxhall parts at a great price, I can’t recommend this company enough,
