Friendly people and good advice
Lovely friendly people, took the time to explain and give good advice. Felt like they were looking for long term customers rather than just a quick sale. Would highly recommend.

Ear piercing.
I had both of my ears pierced with studs. The service was very professional and the after care instructions was very clear. I was very pleased with them. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Staff are both friendly and professional. They were helpful and gave me options and choices. I was made to feel a valued customer. There was no pressure to complete a sale. Quality of the item purchased was of a high standard and came with a valuation certificate.

Warm and friendly welcome
I’ve only been to this shop a couple of times and each time I was welcomed warmly and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
They have a lovely selection of jewellery which they are happy for you to try on.
My first visit was for a repair and this was done in a timely manner as I’m not a local.

Really helpful friendly staff.
Who went out of their way to assist us when unfortunately I had to request a refund of my initial deposit I had put on a beautiful diamond ring.
Due to my partner being poorly, & us being unable to travel back to the Peak District to complete our transaction.
I will hopefully return to this fabulous jewellers in the future. Thank you all.
