Adviser was clear and patient. It would have been helpful to offer the basic level of cover, which is all we need, rather than only mention the more expensive option. I had to ask about a policy with lower rewards. But I feel what we agreed is fair.

My only comment is that I would have preferred paper copies of the policy as I struggle with on-line instructions

Bureaucratic nonsense
I had to phone to make an automatic renewal solely because my bank had changed my credit card details.
I was then subjected to 20 minutes of questions to confirm all the details of the policy which I had already read. This added no value whatsoever, and I felt quite insulted by this pointless waste of time.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Avanti.
I am very sorry to hear that the service that you received was not to our usual high standards. Unfortunately, if there has been a change of card we are not able to automatically renew your policy as we must be given the new card details by the customer. Our agents are required to run through the renewal quote with you to ensure that all demands and needs are met and also the agent that sold it is responsible for it being correct, they need to ensure everything is correct in the event of a claim.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.
