I ordered personalised wedding favours and hoped, as stated on this company's website, that I would receive them within 14 working days. I placed my order on the 4th February 2017 and I still haven't received my items even though my money has been taken. I rang this company on the 23rd February but was advised that nobody was available and I would receive a return phone call. This did not happen. I did, however, receive an email from their customer services department and was informed that my order was processing and would be despatched, and I quote: "Next Friday after arrival from our printers." By my calculations, this means my items should have been sent out by Friday 3rd March. However, today is the Friday the 10th and I still haven't received my order. In fact, the online status still says 'awaiting fulfilment.' I believe I have given this company more than enough time to deliver the goods that I have already paid for. I have emailed them again today and shall await their response.

In short, I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Loved the products of Mint to be tins of mints. They looked amazing on the tables and were much admired and talked about. Mints were of good quality to. Great value for an unusual favour for men and women

I ordered the drop frame guest book for my wedding as an alternative to a normal guest book. Delivery was fast and the packaging was good. I loved it so much I ordered another one. I love them and I know my wedding guests will to!! Can't wait for them to be used so I can hang them up!

I was looking for quirky favours for adults and children for my wedding abroad. I bought gumball machines for the kids and pineapple bottle openers for the adults perfect for our beach wedding in the sun.

I love this website! They sell unique and personalised items that are every bride to be who wants to make their wedding a bit differents dream come true.
