Watch out for AXNT I'm finding problems everywhere..
I've made SO many purchase through the whatnot app and AXNT is the seller. They show that my two diamonds were delivered But I never received them!!! Also they're stating that I purchased three items with a value totaling $220 that I did not purchase!!!!?! I have been a loyal customer purchased many many items. And I'm finding out that there are more problems that I even realized. At first I wasn't even taking inventory so now I'm worried that I've been getting duped all along. Their rating on what not is about 50% maybe even below and their response rate is 64%. So you can't even expect an answer from them. If want to keep a super fan/ loyal customer/consistent spender and have me to change my review they need to fix these problems immediately. We had a misunderstanding recently but they showed good customer service and redeemed themselves. Let's hope we get all these issues fixed too. There's nothing I could do about past mistakes that I never checked. Which is such a pity.
