A lovely looking modern radio.The sound is really good for the size.Out of the box and listening to my local radio station within minutes.This is my 2nd radio from Azatom and it is a UK firm though the radio is made in China.Overall a very good purchase

Happy with the product

Had problems with compatibility with Panasonic TV, soundbar was replaced but same problem exists possibly older TV although it does have ARC HDMI CEC port. Slow response to phone calls from help line but decided to keep the sounder having found a workaround. Soundbar itself is good in respect of sounds produced and well satisfied with end result.

Love Azatom. Superb products and excellent aftercare.
I called and a human answered. I explained the fault and they immediately issued a replacement. What more can you ask?

Bought first one then after a few months it was stuck on 1st dab station. Did factory reset etc, no joy. They sent another 1 now that is doing exactly the same. Despite resetting via earplug connection, still can only get 1 station. Can't access menu to factory reset, in my opinion, waste of money. My pop dab still going strong, just a shame they don’t make them anymore.

Great little radio. Ordered and received within 24hrs. Impressive sound quality and volume from a small unit with good build quality. Easy to save and store stations.

First class delivery very pleased with the product

Chose this company as they are a British family business, and I had to replace my old 20yo DAB radio. Delivery was only a couple of days. It was well wrapped.
The radio itself is a Revival R1, black and silver, which looks very stylish. After reading the user manual, I found it easy to set up the FM/DAB stations. The sound quality is great generally, some are a bit crackly but that's down to poor signal in my home. I read the reviews before buying and was a little worried about the brightness of the display, but this radio has great settings to totally dim down if required. I love how it looks and how it sounds...
Overall, a fantastic piece of equipment, especially for the money.

ORDERING, DELIVERY & INSTRUCTIONS: Arrived promptly, sensibly and effectively packaged and the set up instructions are clear and well drawn.
SOUND: good balance between bass and treble (I'm working my way right through my CD collection as everything sounds so much better than my previous). DAB reception is as good as perfect (almost zero blurb) FM is high quality as well. I mostly have it tuned to Radio 3.
APPEARANCE: this is what really makes AZATOM unique - the styling is simple, elegant and un fussy, and the glue laminated oak wrap around casing gives the whole thing the look of something which might well carry a price tag four times the £99.50 I paid! The only improvement I could suggest is that instead of using black finish on the two speaker outlets - which visually jumps out - why not use a mid grey cloth which would visually recede?
AFTER SALES SUPPORT: I had a few problems over the first day or two which turned out to be no more than my own lack of confidence in handling digital tech. On making contact with AZATOM Simon promptly offered me a replacement which has not been necessary. The remote control handset sometimes doesn't immediately answer - particularly with the CD eject, but you just try again and it's fine.
I have had this item one month now and could not be more delighted with it!

I love my new radio. I love how it tuned itself and sounds great. It is easy to use and looks great in my bathroom. The three year warranty was a great bonus and also the price. Thank you.

Great little radio. Ideal for kitchens and bedrooms. Very easy to set up and store your favourite stations. Perfect size. Appears well made. Am using it via the mains plug as I don’t need portability but if I did I would buy some rechargeable batteries. The three year warranty was an added bonus. Would recommend.

Great wee radio sounds and looks good also has an alarm

My radio alarm is faulty and keeps switching itself on at random times and often during the middle of the night. The item is new and still under warranty. I have sent several emails over several weeks to the support email address and have attempted to call but have received no response. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

This Aspire G2 is a fabulous little set that gets all the DAB and FM stations with ease and works spot on with Bluetooth. I have found Azatom customer service to be excellent. They are friendly and helpful. IMHO an example for other companies to follow.
