I bought 2 dresses from here. I returned one and never recieved a refund. I reached out through email and also on Instagram numerous times and have just been ignored. Would never buy from them again. Quality was awful hence return.

They’re selling Bogus items. I order a dress that I seen on their website. When the dress arrived it looked completely different from the picture on their website. The design of the received dress was nylon material, too long, and looked like an elders night gown. I’ve contacted this company for instructions on how to return this item and a refund and they have not reach back out to me.

SCAM COMPANY. The Customer service email they provide is a no reply email.

“Same day dispatch” but never dispatched. When I commented about this scam on their instagram posts they deleted everyone’s comments and turned it off.

Can buy all their outfits on SHEIN for a 1/4 of the price also

Customer service is awful! I ordered an outfit and sent it back as it wasn’t suited to me and they had great contact when it was about me returning the item.

Since returned they have gone ghost and I haven't had a response in over a week after 3 emails have been sent!

I am owed a refund and of course it’s when I want my money back as I should they haven't responded. To add to that I have had to pay for my return!

I want my money back,do not order from here!

Ordered a dress on what was believed to be a 48 hour delivery on 25 April. Still not received. Sent messages and had zero response. Absolutely appalling customer service. The fact they're still advertising on their socials when they can't send items people have already paid for, and can't respond to messages is disgusting.

Hello I ordered a LV Bubble Vest and LV crocks December 23 20024 it is now February and no order .i emailed them just to get a message

Ordered boots for holiday, they were a week late - ignored all my emails chasing.

Now I want to return - mentions on their return page you have to ship back yourself however there is no return address on their website to ship back.

Have emailed again a few times and no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!

Avoid , ordered books, not received, all messages ignored. Now putting in a claim back for a refund with clearpay

Awful quality. What I ordered was faulty. If you need to return it’s such a faff it’s just not worth it. Customer service didn’t get back to me answering what I asked.

Great shopping experience, I have followed this brand for a while on instagram and my friend recommended them to me as she’s ordered previously a few times, I purchased 5 items 1 of which I returned for a refund. Refund was processed within 5 days of me sending. Will definitely shop again!

Terrible company took over 3 weeks for my order to come and then when I returned it which was 3 weeks ago still haven’t had my full refund and I’ve emailed so many times and heard nothing back! Do not buy from them!!!!

I purchased 3 dresses for my daughters birthday, she loves them! Customer services girls very lovely and helpful needed help with sizing due to my daughter being quite petite. Order came within 2 days, will purchase again in the future :)

Ordered playsuit on next day delivery, good fit came next day by 12pm just in time for my event. Overall very happy will be ordering again :) x

Ordered 5 bits for my holiday, Just like the pictures! Great fit. Made payment through clearpay hassle free and very easy!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I bought a top from the website it has arrived faulty I am trying to return the top however I’ve emailed them three times and messaged on social media; and still no response.

I ordered a dress from here 2 weeks in advance of an event I wanted it for - the website did specify they were waiting on stock and that it would be posted around a week before the event, I assumed that would be find. Fast forward to 2 days before the event, still no dress and no word from the company about it being posted. So, I got in touch and they said the dress wouldn't be restocked until after the event now but gave me options of things they could send with next day delivery instead, so I picked a blue version of the dress I had originally ordered... Well that never got sent either. I can't comment on the clothing quality as I never saw either of the items I contacted them about (emphasis on me having to contact them, no contact was made regarding my delayed order). They did issue a full refund but they have completely wasted my time and I won't be shopping here again, never contacted me to say that my order was delayed and then never sent out the replacement dress. Shocking.
