Thank you. Received my order. Was a little concerned when I was not able to track my order from beginning to end. But received my items as expected. Items works really well.

These mask and faceshield combo works great....I love them. I'll be ordering more for 2nd wave of COVID-19.

Masks took awhile to arrive and are flimsy but filters seems fine.

The masks are of very good quality. The delivery took a little time but was glad when they came. The masks came with extra filters. The mask itself is layered very well. I think you can use them without the filters but if you prefer more protection you have it. The eye protection fits nicely.

The product was substandard in many ways. Namely the visors are scratched throughout, making them cloudy which obscures vision entirely. I cannot see through the visor. Also the fit is poor. Hard to breathe through the face covering. Not at all what the product looks like on the website.

I ordered 3 masks and a package of filters. I received them but those filters do not go with these mask. I do not under stand that.

Order took awhile to get here but came as ordered. The masks fit very well. I feel the craftsmanship is good. They are comfortable and hold up well in the washer.
I am pleased with my purchase and would purchase these again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE PROMISING. I placed an order order back the first week of June and have yet to receive it. They promised 7-15 day shipping. I have contacted customer service and all I g9are tracking numbers that don't exist or work. I have requested a refund plenty of times and all I get is the run around. I repeat save yourself the trouble and don't order from here. Company is a ripoff.

This company is a thief. I paid $18.99 for expressing shipping (5-12 days) on July 1st. It is now August 4th and there’s still no word from them. They respond every couple days with a generic “we cannot offer refund. Contact the shipping company”. I did. They haven’t received anything either. Complete crooks. I don’t know how anyone here is dealing with them. Stay away.

Any advise on how to get my money back, contacting legal counsel?

Not quite what I expected and the color was easy off from the image!!! I hate purple... the written description stated purple but the image was more of burgundy which is one of my favorite colors

The face masks are very small. The elastic straps bend your ears. Truly a regrettable purchase. The patterns are not near as pretty as shown online. Buyer beware.

I have received several compliments on my neck/face mask with ear loops. It is VERY comfortable. It is not hot and does not fog my glasses. You can breathe thru it and people can understand what you are saying. I love it.
