We went through several iterations during the design process and they were very patient with my revision requests and the final design was impressive. After approving the order I received the booth kit in under a week, incredibly fast and surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend them to any company looking for conference or trade show booth equipment!

This is a big machine, with no real customer service. You're just a number. Expect to be disappointed.

I was very impressed with the quality of all of the backdrops that I ordered. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. This was my first time using Backdropsource, but I will definitely be using it again.

The online template guide was excellent for giving me dimensions to design and layout a table cover. I submitted the design with my order, and received a production proof within an hour of the order. The final product arrived in less than a week from the order. The quality of the table cover is excellent. I would definitely recommend and will likely use them again for additional marketing items

The product is excellent, but it takes 24 hours to get updates back from design and I ended up just designing myself. Also, I paid for the tower with the motor and it didn't deliver with the tower. I had to let them know and they told me I would need to source that locally. I am still waiting on them to get back to me or to send me a refund.

The team was incredibly quick, and my order arrived quicker than expected! The product was just as marketed and arrived just as the mock-up provided.

Will be purchasing again!
