Quick delivery and honoured returns

I purchased a bag and received it within three days. The bag didn't quite suit my purpose, so I sent it back and received a refund within a day of it arriving back with them. Couldn't recommend more and will be using them again!

Fake website

Fake website, they keep sharing fake updates. Dont fall frey for the cheap items. They would steal your money.

Samsonite warranty not honoured!

I have purchased two matching, expensive Samsonite cases and one has a faulty lock. I was happy to drive into the city once (Sydney CBD, time, fuel, tolls, parking) to have it repaired but now that it is still not working after one trip I am now advised that I must send it to Victoria.
Beware of Samsonite as they nor their rep Bagworld, have honoured the warranty!!
I am told I can have a refund IF the lock can’t be repaired, but not sure how long it will take.
I feel sorry for Bagworld as Samsonite have made them look bad by not honouring the warranty!! 🤨

Don’t buy from bagworld

Don’t buy from bagworld . They never cover warranty. They put all blame to bag companies if any thing damage during journey not cover at all . Better go with other suppliers.

Badworld is a 20 out of 10 company

Badworld is a 20 out of 10 experience, the delivery of my cabin bag was within a two days, customer service has been sensational, I Will be telling all my friends that there’s only one company to buy your travel luggage from, I did my homework and shopped around their prices, were super excellent

Samsonite laptop bag from Bagworld

Ordered a Samsonite laptop briefcase from Bagworld and had a positive experience. Spoke to Tessa and she made sure that the bag was delivered ahead of time. Happy with my purchase here.

I was about to place my order online when I thought I would call and get some product info. The two ladies that I spoke to were amazingly polite, well mannered and informative. On that info I changed one of the products and then casually enquired about prices. She responded so politely saying that a quick email to her boss would be the way to go. Which I did. I asked for the price of one of the products to be reviewed and I got more than I requested! Needless to say,I completed my order straight away.And what a polite and friendly email it was. Sometimes the business ethics and standards of some businesses are of the highest standards. Instilled confidence that there is still great service to be encountered sometimes. Thank you Bagworld! Have a great, safe and happy Christmas and all the best in the years ahead!”

Terrible Service - look eslewhere

I purchased from Bagworld and paid for express service and delivery as we needed the item urgently. It was 4.42pm the day the items were due to be posted before they informed me the item had been discontinued and was not in stock. I needed it the following business day and expected it to have been posted by then.
It was too late for me to find another supplier and make that days post, so I got left stranded without the items we needed so urgently.

Bagworld is another shonky site

After ordering bag and 4 days later ring me to say they don,t have it and would l like to buy another type.just before Christmas .totally not good enough.just another terrible site that advertise goods they don,t have. Bagworld sucks

Great Service

I have ordered twice from Bagworld and in both instances, the most recent on Friday last week, the service has been excellent. I received my delivery yesterday (Monday). The product is as ordered, and in good order. I will definitely us them again should the need arise.

Bad service

Bought twice from them. First time it was a soft-sided suitcase and the internal zipper was broken. Chalked it iff as a human error and let it slide. Second time bought a hard-sided carry-on and it had a dent on the side. I was furious to see that but unfortunately had to travel overseas in two days time. There was no point in complaining to them as i needed the bag and couldnt send it back. They dont bother checking what they are sending. Wont be ever buying from them again.

Poor service - told me item was sent and then that it was sold out

Sent item, then told me it was sold out

I bought a bag from Bagworld on 26 Nov and got a confirmation email immediately. Today (29 Nov) at 3am I got an email saying it was sent. Then at 4pm I get another email saying that bag has been sold out!
Bag finally arrived on 4 Dec. Product is what I ordered, so I amended the score. My trust in Bagworld process however is not restored.

I'm sorry for your frustration! We sent you the email advising the delay with your order the morning of 28/11. The stock for your order arrived later that day, and on 28/11 your order was dispatched to you.

I'm not sure why you received the email so much later than when it was sent, but I can see that you have subscribed to the tracking notifications for your parcel, so I hope that everything is clear now.

Misleading and untrustworthy

I purchased a bag online. The description on their website clearly stated that it came with backpack straps, which is why I chose the item. After it arrived, I couldn't figure out where the backpack straps were hidden, so I emailed them to ask. They responded to say that it had no backpack straps. When I went to check the website description, the mention of backpack straps had disappeared. Their email made no reference to the shifty change to the website that had occurred after I sent my email, and seemed to imply that I was the one who had made a mistake. Luckily, I had a print out. They then told me they didn't have time to proofread all descriptions because they have so many products and that customers should contact them with enquiries about features of the items before purchasing. I eventually got a partial refund after extensive efforts. I strongly advise against trusting this business as their conduct was misleading and deceptive and they seem to expect consumers to bear the burden of figuring out what features their products do and don't have rather than being able to rely on the marketing information provided.

Awesome!

Purchased my bad on Sunday afternoon needing it by the following weekend. I emailed to ask them to send as quickly as possible. They replied on Monday morning to let me know the purchase was being processed. By Monday afternoon my bag was sent and arrived Tuesday morning. Granted, I live in Melbourne, but that's pretty amazing considering it's Aus Post. I didn't pay for express post.

Couldn't find anywhere that was close to the price. Will definitely purchase from Bagworld again.

Great experience, product came perfectly packed and safe and even two days before it was supposed to arrive. Would definetly buy there again.

Good shopping experience

I bought a Caterpillar laptop bag from this website for $50. It was the best price I found on the net.
As you knew, there are many fake bags on online shopping websites and it is difficult to confidently buy online.
Fortunately the one I received was original and in very good condition.

I personally recommend bagworld.com.au.
