I have been ordering to them for quite some time now and I always was satisfied.

Once I thought something was missing (in fact it was a smal item and I did not see it in all the protections stuff). I pointed it out, 2 hours later, I received a notification of this item being re-ordered... and when a few hours later I found my missing item, again pointed it out and the order was canceled. All this to say you have with them a customer service that is reading emails and acting accordingly, not according to a pre-recorded scenario that does not quite fit to your issue :-)

So good product, good customer service, good packaging.

Exceptionally happy with Bakery Bits. Great catalogue of ingredients I was really struggling to find in the UK. Really reasonable prices. Received my item next working day. If all online stores did business like these guys, online shopping would be a better experience.

I thought it was part of ice age the service I received
At first, it took longer than expected to be delivered but after an email to ask for some update, the delivery took place the following days
(As if the courier "the famous yellow brand" used was one of my worst, bad personal experience)

I was astonished, and this terms I rarely used it, because I didn't thought that it could still exist

The floors were wrapped meticulously, I still can't believe it at the time I'm writing this because I the parcel arrived the week before

I would just say if only BABERYBITS also sell other stuff (electronic, furniture, another everything online), I would definitely take part of this business

Perhaps would you say I'm doing too much.
But to be honest, I don't expect anymore this high level packaging, especially for online purchase

Bought a couche couple of brotforms and a planche all excellent quality and perfect for job at home, haven't received tons of marketing emails from them which is a refreshing change, can't think what they could have done better.

Had a faulty product(no fault of theres) it was exchanged the next day,they arranged the delivery and collection with no fuss....WELL DONE BAKER BITS.

I ordered a kruskavel and flour just prior to the covid19 shutdown,unfortunately b/bits where unable to fulfill the order subject to imports,left my order hoping that things would clear up,made a preliminary enquiry without any luck.6 months later recieved the full order,well done patrick and bakery bits with businesses like yours how glad I am I never lost faith we need you keep up the good work and thankyou all.

I placed and order for a Pullman Bread tin and 2 X cake tins. Decided to pay a little bit more than other websites thinking I was getting a good quality Catering Product.
Delivery took almost 3 weeks although website stated will receive in 2-3 days.
On arrival my parcel was very well packaged, credit for that, but not instructions how to care for the tins or invoices.
I had to search for hours on the internet to make sure I will treat my tins perfectly for long lasting. So I went ahead and wash the Pullman tin with just water and unfortunately sliced my finger tip badly (I wish I could put images here). The finish touches of the aluminium are sharp and no polish properly. Nevertheless continuo to treat my tin as I was so excited to use it. On the second day went ahead and make my first loaf of bread ready to bake and when came out of the oven the aluminium or paint has come off and was all over my loaf and tiny marks/holes on my new tin.
I emailed the company and more than a week after no reply so send them another message. After almost 2 weeks I have their answer, very arrogant a using me of putting the tins in the dishwasher when I don’t own one at home.
I feel conned for this company as the rest of reviews here. I will make sure I will take it to trading standers as their items are no fit for safety use and can injure badly any one.
Seems the company doesn’t care about keeping a good reputation within their customers which is a very bad way to deal with a business.
If you ever decide to buy from them just remember you can be lucky and things work out great but if you are sent a faulty item or have to deal with a problem they are a totally Nightmare to deal with.
