BalkanFresh not only delivers quality products at an affordable price but they also deliver orders most often by the end of the day. Additionally, they answer messages clearly via text or Instagram right away and were able to explain the points system they use and how to apply points to my order so I can receive $$$ off. My package arrived damaged
My package arrived damaged, with 3 of the jars in the order broken. I reached out that evening, as soon as the package was delivered. I didn’t necessarily expect an answer right then, but I received one immediately. The person was very apologetic and told me they would reimburse me for the broken products. Such great service! I was impressed. The product is delicious and prices very well. Will order from them again soon.

Placed an order online yesterday and received my order today. The shipping cost was very low. They sent an email with the tracking # yesterday showing the delivery date. The package arrived in a sturdy box with a lot of packaging to protect my order. No dented cans. Great Service! I also received an email from the company notifying me that the package had been delivered. I will certainly be purchasing from Balkanfresh again. The website was user friendly and there were two payment options, credit card or PayPal.
