I received my item quickly. The toothpick dispenser works well and the kitty dispenser is so darn cute!!! I love it!!! I highly recommend it.

The product was what I orderd but I bought two and then realized that Balvi has a zero return policy. So, I'm stuck with an extra item.

I prodotti sembrano carini e a un prezzo ragionevole, ma l’incubo inizia quando si avvia l’ordine. Il prodotto non arriva mai, il tracking è assente o non funziona, e le email inviate all’assistenza clienti rimangono senza risposta. Dopo quasi 15 giorni dall’ordine, non ho ricevuto nulla e l’assistenza sostiene che sia stato consegnato (anche se stranamente il link del tracking fornito non esiste/non è attivo…)

The photo listing is not an accurate…
The photo listing is not an accurate representation of what you actually get. The photos show a clearly shiny/ ceramic finish on these cups when they are really a matte finish in much more muted colors than what is pictured. Even for an espresso cup, these are definitely on the smaller side. Overall, these are still cute but Im highly disappointed in what seems to be someone else's product photos being used to sell a copy

Hi! Thanks for your honest feedback. You’re absolutely right — the photos at the time of your purchase still showed the previous version with a shinier finish. We had just updated the design to a more matte look, but unfortunately the images hadn’t been updated yet. We’re truly sorry for the confusion and disappointment this caused. Both versions are entirely ours, and we’ll make sure future photos reflect it accurately. Thanks again for pointing this out — it really helps us do better.
