AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM these lieing cowboys!!!! This will be my 4th or 5th attempt on here of this terrible company that has now been reported to the legal ombudsman for there actions!!!!
I finally got a email ( no call ) from these showing that I’ve signed a agreement ( with a signature that’s nothing at all like mine ) and a date this was signed on 2024/05/06 !
I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM TO STOP since 2021,2022, 2023,2024,2025, and yes 2026 to stop this claim but now showing a signature thats not mine signed on 5/6/2026
If you have any dealings with these sharks thieves and liers you will be sorry and you have been warned!
I am now going to put this company everywhere on social media to warn about these lieing thieves and all these reviews and there fake email to me will be passed on to the legal ombudsman to show what they realy are !!!

An utterly pointless exercise.
I find myself leaving yet another review because after over 4 years I have had zero success in any of the miss sold finance agreements being awarded.
In fact I haven’t had ANY contact from Barings Law for nearly a year now and have given up all hope of them ever getting back any money owed, be it miss sold finance or any affordability claims.
It seems that after all this time and after recent findings, the finance companies will deal directly with the person who took the initial loans out but because I stupidly enlisted Barings Law to act on my behalf, If I do get anything from the lender i will still have to pay Barings Law 40% of any money that’s awarded.
I regret the day ever seeing the advert saying they could successfully make a claim for miss sold finance.
I enlisted them to challenge 4 finance agreements for me and not one has been anywhere near successful.
I beg you to not get swallowed up by these types of companies. Stay away, Deal with it yourself through the financial ombudsman or with the lender themselves as it’s just a complete waste of time.
Over 4 years and £0.00 awarded.

Firstly, I would like to express my sincerest apologies that you are not happy with the service that you have received.
The current stance with motor finance claims and lenders contacting complainants directly is currently up in the air and is expected to be delayed until at least 2027 due to judicial challenges by lenders. This was reported this morning by the FCA directly after an Upper Tribunal hearing earlier this week.
On Tuesday morning, Barings Law secured a Court of Appeal victory after lenders tried to challenge our claims going through the court to achieve a quicker outcome than the proposed redress scheme.
While the delays have been understandably frustrating for our clients, we would like to reassure you that we are continuing to push forward and work towards a hopefully quicker resolution than the regulatory bodies involved. While we can't place an estimated resolution date on this, it shows that there is progression going on.
Unfortunately I cannot locate your file using just your name, but if you could please respond to our Trustpilot information request then I will be able to use this to find your file on our system and ensure a member of our team contacts you as soon as possible with a more thorough update. We will also be able to look into why updates haven't been reaching you.

I’ve felt with a lot with cars especially the one I’ve got now my wet belt went and I belonged to the Aa they recommended auto medics in Southend but they put my wet belt rd the wrong way I payed 3000 for it and now I have put my car right it’s cost the same money I know that’s nothing to do with my commission claim but that’s the sort of thing I have to put up withi would recommend barringlaw because they are determined to put things right like I’ve done with my car regards miss luxford

Regarding compensation payouts, this is entirely dependable on a number of factors including the type of claim (commissions or affordability), the cooperation of lenders and/or if your case was impacted by any court hearings (particularly the Supreme Court case) and the FCA redress scheme.
Many commission cases in particular are still unsettled, whether they are with a law firm, claims company or submitted independently due to the long-awaited FCA's redress scheme, which was released at the end of March, and the Supreme Court judgment for Johnson and Others.
I would like to reassure you that we are working extremely hard on cases and now that the FCA has released their scheme, we have clearer guidance on proceeding.
