Gina came to us in January for our first visit. Immediate results with crate training and overall general behaviour. Second visit yesterday helped with reactivity and car training. Again great tips and practical info and lots of patience with us. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Gina

Kirsty was amazing in making me understand how my over affection with our dog was causing her to feel protective. I have tried some of the passive relationship control tonight and even though I find it hard it really worked. As she is a rescue dog Kirsty said we have a clean sheet as we know nothing about her previous life. Which was refreshing to hear as I know Kirsty will help us get Jenzi to a great place. Looking forward to our next session.

Very professional and empathetic advice with practical tips for success

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Bark Busters. After paying £500, we only had one initial meeting with the trainer, and the rest of the “support” amounted to emailed leaflets that felt very generic and not tailored to our dog’s specific behaviour issues at all. For such a high cost, I expected ongoing guidance, practical sessions, and proper follow-up, not just basic documents that could easily be found online.
The training approach didn’t feel personalised, and there was very little hands-on help to actually implement the techniques in real-life situations. Communication after the first visit was minimal, and it felt like we were left to figure everything out ourselves.
Overall, the service was extremely poor value for money and did not deliver what was implied during the sales process. Paying £500 for one visit and a set of emailed leaflets is simply not acceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

Brilliant trainer. Gavin made the session really interesting and enjoyable.

Emma took time to ask lot of questions of what kind of issues we have and to meet my dog to see her behaviour. She gave lots of ideas what could be done and helped me get started with some practices. Her approach has worked and we already have better communication and relationship. Emma has been in touch to check on progress and she sent more information for me to read and recap to exercises I need to do. Emma's approach is very professional and very happy to continue working with her. Recommend, if you need help with your dog!!

Absolutely brilliant...Already my husband and I have noticed a real positive change in Foggys behaviour all thanks to Gina. Gina was lovely with us and especially Foggy. Everything from proper nutrition to commands and the barking and nipping

Gavin was really patient, understanding and non judgemental. He gave us time and allowed us to talk through our issues and concerns then helped us find solutions. We were worried about the 1st session but relaxed quickly and am grateful for the support and learning given. The rationale behind decisions also really helped us to make more informed decisions. Gavin made the session a safe space and was able to relate and stop some of the dog parents guilt. Within a week we've noticed a difference both in our dogs and how we understand their behaviour.

Shauna Is very knowledgeable and attentive to both me and my puppy. I have a lot of experience with dogs but I still learnt a lot from my appointment with Shauna. I definitely highly recommend puppy classes no matter how good your pup is, they and your family will always benefit from training.

Had a very good lesson with Kirsty. Listened to our concerns with puppy Milo and was able to explain why Milo was acting in certain ways.
Showed us different exercises to do with Milo to help.
Milo felt comfortable throughout the training and responded well.
All instructions were sent by email afterwards to ensure we were able to carry on our training and also extra information on diet and tips have been sent since.

Working with Trainer Emma Barrett has been brilliant! We have seen great improvement with our pup from our initial session. Our main issues were solved after following Emma's advice, we practiced everyday and within a few weeks the problem behaviours we were seeing were gone! We are very happy with the progress we have made, and also to have learnt about how to best care for our pup so he can be happy, healthy, and we can enjoy every moment with him.

Our family felt we made a good start with the training which is a very different approach to anything we have done before. Kirsty explained everything very clearly.

We just need to get our head around the information and be consistent in applying it.

From the first initial contact with Alex to our sessions with Alex he was amazing. We got Luna from a dogs home and she had 2 previous owners who had never done training with her before so we knew it was going to be to tricky. The tips and information Alex gave us has been amazing and just yesterday we finally managed to get her off lead chasing the ball which I never thought we’d be able to do! I would recommend Alex to anyone who needs help with there beautiful dog!!

Tom Ryan was very professional in his delivery on how a dog mind works to the simple steps to changing any bad behaviours which include owners. I can honestly say every penny spent on training was well worth it. We have had fantastic bark free week, even the postie can come and go without a bark in sight.
I would highly recommend barkbuster their after care customer service is second to none a great team who really do know their stuff .
