During Tom's visit, our dog’s behavior shifted remarkably, even though Tom didn't seem to be doing anything specific; he truly seems to have a calming aura that dogs sense. He stayed with us for a considerable amount of time, eventually leaving only when he felt the situation was right. While he was here, he taught us several techniques for encouraging passive behavior. We have since put these methods into practice, and I have to say, they really do work.

Kirsty was brilliant and worked with us to correct, and demonstrate passive leadership to take our good puppy to a great puppy with very simple and manageable steps to reinforce and use positive reinforcement for good behaviours on our terms! 100% recommend all done within our environment which replicates our pups life!

Lee was very informative, knowledgable is an understatement. Has made us more confident with walking our dog. Would highly recommend

sidney was extremely calm with our large jumpy dog which put us at ease. explained every step in detail and made it easy and enjoyable to train our dog . what a difference she had made after our session. can highly recommend sidney . Speak on the price.

Gavin from Bark Busters. He was great. He understood our problem and our needs. He was very helpful at explaining all the techniques we need to adopt, change or improve to help our rescue dog relax more and enjoy life now she has a home for life, and support us with our other dogs to understand her changed behaviour. He even sent us a report detailing our issues and our plan for helping Sally. Plus, links to other sites for information on food and stimulation games for them. I can't recommend him enough. We opted for the Silver plan and so we have a follow-up meeting in our own home again in 6 weeks, and we also have a year where we can call him if we have any further problems. It's an excellent idea as our main problems were in the home so an outside training option wouldn't have worked for us.

Gavin was very professional in his manner, taking time to explain why certain puppy behaviours start and how to overcome these. The information provided was very interesting and informative. Our little puppy, although still young, has already adopted behaviour changes on day one. A follow-up appointment has been arranged.
We know we can contact at anytime fif support and our 6 week follow up appointment was organised after the initial sppooitment.

Tom was really helpful and supportive and continues to be, sending regular tips and reminders to keep us on track. The difference in our dogs is incredible and they just keep improving. Looking forward to our next session!

Really gained a lot from our first session with Kirsty on 15th Dec. Its only been a few days but seeing some improvements already. She helped us to understand our dogs behaviour and gave guidance in training e.g. what we should be working on over the next few weeks. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to the upcoming training sessions and what we can gain from them.

Lynn was so patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. The turnaround in my dog's recall and pulling just in a couple of days has made such a difference. Thank you Lynn I look forward to seeing you on your return visit

I PAID £500 AND LOST IT
PLEASE BEAWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I DID PUT THE TRAINERS NAME IN TO NAME AND SHAME BUT GOT REMOVED BUT THE WHOLE COMPANY IS A JOKE AND SCAM

I couldn’t recommend Sydney from Bark Busters enough. From the 1st phone call to spending time with us helping my family with issues with our dog. She was calm, very knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. I was very sceptical about asking for help but I am so glad I did. I have been left feeling confident with the steps in place are so achievable. Thank you

Gavin our instructor was amazing with our 2 dogs covering what we need to be doing for better behaved walks

The Crewe and Nantwich trainer came along to help us with our rescue Spaniel Louie. Louie was an anxious dog and he came for an initial chat for a couple of hours to the house to assess the sitation then came another couple of times. We went through walking on a lead, stay etc.
Louis was advised to have a long horse lead rope.
We made another appointment but it then
stopped due to the weather being too hot. (And my other small dog being in season)I asked for training notes which were very meagre. I wanted help with Louie jumping up. We have had no other lesson since July. I had a whatsapp conversation In November with him about notes. But that was it. I am still waiting on those notes.....

We paid for a Year's support package of £595.

What I would say is this.. the onus is on you and there are no regular lessons.

This is a lot of money for not alot of help. I would have been better off with someone coming to the house each week and paying for what we had.

I have asked for a partial refund as he hasn't supported us for months. We made a complaint to Barkbusers and to the Crewe and natwich trianer and they have both rejected the complaint.

All in all be careful before you use them! You may be wasting your money.

Kirsty was very friendly made me feel better about the situation .was broken down how to help us all . We have seen a great improvement with the dog just from first visit hopefully we can improve going forward to make everyone enjoy life more . We can not thank bark busters enough just with first meeting

Our experience with Alex was great. He made us relaxed & explained to us very clearly what we had to do. Tilly is learning from Alex explanation so we can keep up the training. Alex made us feel that we can help our little Tilly for the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sydney from BarkBusters yesterday for a three-hour session with our Golden Retriever, Dougie, and she completely blew us away with her knowledge and professionalism. She helped us understand exactly where we had been going wrong and gave us clear, practical techniques that we feel really confident putting into practice.

Sydney was so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely lovely to meet. Her positive energy made the whole experience really enjoyable, and we felt supported and encouraged throughout the session.

We’d already started seeing results by the end of the very same evening, which was amazing. We’ve taken everything she taught us on board and feel really optimistic about continuing the training.

I would totally recommend Sydney to anyone needing support with their dog as she was fantastic.
