I have to give Barretts a five star rating going on my experience. I couldn’t fault their service from picking my Jaguar XE up to keeping me well informed to what was happening and to delivering it back to me. Great Service Barretts thank you.

Once again we experienced excellent service from Barrett’s Honda in Canterbury. Part exchanging our Jazz was done professionally and with ease. We always feel very confident with the excellent sales service provided. Flynn the salesman who dealt with our purchase was professional in all aspects of the process. This is not our first time purchasing a car through Barrett’s, which goes to show how happy we are with all aspects of the Barrett’s business.

I had a couple of minor issues with my new XE Barratts collected my car carried out the repairs cleaned my car returned it n time with a jag bag and a couple of goodies excellent service

Thanks to the Barretts team for changing my Summer/Winter tyres. Angela on Customer Services especially was a great liaison with the workshop to ensure the storage of my Summer tyres for a further period, very helpful and cheerful person and I appreciated her assistance.

Great service from the moment I arrived until I left the staff were very helpful. Even managing to sort out some technical issues between my phone and the I drive system which for two years I hadn’t managed to get sorted.
