Bar Stool Centre Avis 101

I made my order a month ago and it has yet to even be dispatched. I have contacted the company only to be told it is a 'busy time', and as I didn't pay extra for earlier shipping, it would take longer for my goods to be dispatched. A month is ridiculous and I am wondering if this is a scam company. Are there any genuine customers who have received their goods or are the positive reviews all AI generated? This company was quick to take my money and I have no indication that I will receive the goods. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Ordered a set of barstools and they took over 2 weeks to arrive. Quality was fine though, just not very timely in their delivery

They stated 7 - 14 day delivery and after 14 days responded to my query by telling me they were busy and it could take up to 14 days before despatched. Shockingly inept and most unsatisfactory.

What I saw on the internet is what was delivered- a sofa bed that was good quality, well made, correct colour, and simple design.
It is straight forward to put together too, with easy-to-follow directions

I would shop there again. It was a pleasant surprise to get exactly what I expected, as this is the first time I have purchased furniture over the internet.

Be upfront about the delivery process. Product advertised as free delivery, then after payment made was advised of extra charges relating to delivery timeframes. Be more prompt with advice on estimated delivery. Was not given an expected delivery date after 3 weeks and I had to contact company to obtain delivery information.
