Lightning fast delivery from the UK to New Zealand - very impressive. Just tried the eye gel and it is fantastic. I have been looking for a replacement for the Body Shop elderflower eye gel (no longer available). I think the Aloe vera, Seaweed and Elderflower eye gel is superior.

The lotion was leaked during shipment
My order arrived fast, but the lotion leaked everywhere because the bottle wasn't sealed. Please consider sealing your products for overseas shipments to avoid this issue in the future.

It worked out in the end..
I much prefer to give 5 stars, because this business has excellent products and service. But the past couple of orders have had delivery problems, which although rectified, are problematic. If a delivery company refuses service without giving a good reason, they should no longer be used. Considering this is the 2nd time in a row, I'm considering future options. Sorry folks.

We're sorry that you had problems with your DPD delivery. When we first corresponded via email DPD had said they couldn't deliver but couldn't explain why. We have followed this up with our Account Manager and they have now said it was returned in error and there was no reason why it couldn't be delivered to your address. We can only apologise for their mistake and hope that their error doesn't prevent you from shopping with us again.
