BASI Avis 

I had an old Vokera boiler serviced recently which was basically past it and potentially dangerous, so opted to have a new Vallient 28 fitted by Basi Heating a week later. The two lads doing the removal and install, Alex and Ethan, were punctual, professional in both appearance and attitude, and very affable characters, and managed to sort out the boiler replacement plus a couple of odd jobs I'd asked for on my radiators and feeder taps within a few hours, leaving the work area spotless afterwards.
With my hot water restored and a good part of the afternoon still free I couldn't have been happier with the service, and will definitely be using them again for the annual boiler service and any other future projects I might need them for.

Amazing service - from the efficient turnaround time for the survey results, quick installation date and friendly Basi engineer (Jamie). The room was left clean and tidy. You wouldn't know a new boiler had been fitted. Jamie was helpful and even contacted the electrician to confirm his arrival time so i could ensure someone would be at the property to check the re-connection of the NEST. Brilliant job Basi.

Just had a new boiler and under floor insulation installed by Basi Gas. Very well organised, kept me updated throughout the process, all operatives were very clean and tidyed up after themselves. Turned up when they said they would. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Got a new boiler fitted by these two today. What can I say,very polite and professional and not forgetting the banter between them. Highly recommended keep up the excellent work lads!!

Basi installed central heating system for me in my house recently from scratch. I must say the engineers did a brilliant job. They put the radiators where I wanted them hid all the piping under the floor boards and out the way and the boiler was nicely hidden in the cupboard out of sight. Alex and Ethan replaced our knackered old boiler with a shiny new Vaillant condenser. Arrived promptly, polite and cheerful, and carried out the work in less than 4 hours. Cleared up their mess and unblocked my drain too!! Good price. 10 year warranty. Would definately recommend.

True Professionalism all the way

Ethan and Alex came along to install a new replacement boiler. They did an excellent job (good quality); very friendly guys; explained how to use the timer and the boiler; cleaned up after themselves (which I was very grateful for). Also, exceptional customer service. I would most certainly recommend.

Had new boiler fitted by Alex and eathan.both very capable engineers and I cannot fault them on their workmanship, even to the extent of polishing the copper pipe work.both guys great at cleaning up after themselves and making sure that wherever they went floors were covered.GREAT SERVICE.

boiler was out of action for 3 days . rang basi gas for a quote , very good competitive price , engineer came within 24 hours to fix new boiler . new boiler was fixed within 5 hours minimal mess , professionally installed . 10 year warranty for piece of mind . very happy with service provided with basi gas . very highly recommended .
