Bathhead Avis 

Rarely do I write a review but on this occasion I feel it important to warn to steer clear. Their web site is quite impressive BUT sadly similar to other reviews I was told my ordered mirror was damaged and would be delivered the following week. Nothingbhappened and despite numerous emails and attempting to phone there was ever only an answerphone and messages were not responded. This is one month after placing original order. Fortunately my money had not been taken and I subsequently ensured with my bank that it would not be. Strange how other customers had similar 'damage' emails!!!
It would be better if Trustpilot had a zero rating instead of starting with a single star.
I strongly suggest AVOID or risk at your peril!

Absolutely same as reviews below - can’t believe I didn’t check. Even thought twice about buying through them too - but went ahead as £30 cheaper for a bathroom mirror . Day do delivery same email to say damaged and will be in touch asap… now no contact , no response. Scammed.

You will want to read this review before even thinking about buying anything from this company. This happened to not just me, but many people who also ordered from this company.

A few weeks ago I ordered a mirror for my bathroom which cost £200. I recieve an email a few weeks after, stipulating that the mirror was damaged and that there aren't anymore in stock and that a refund would be issued from 5-7 working days. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I was meant to receive the "refund", and even after phoning up, emailing, anything to get in touch to follow up on where the refund is, there was no response.

If you want to be scammed, go ahead and order. This is so disappointing and cruel. Time to contact the bank to get my money back now. Hopefully some investigation will be done so no more people get scammed with this :).

Bought a Mirror bathroom cabinet for £331 (£25 cheaper than the next best price online). On the day the delivery was due, I received an email to say that it wasn't going to delivered as promised due to the product being damaged. I decided to cancel the order as everything about this company seemed "fishy" from the very get go and asked for a full refund. 10 working days later and still no sign of the refund. Called them and was told that the money has been refunded and it's not their concern anymore. Absolute trash company. Definitely a shoddy scam front company. Had to raise a credit card dispute with my bank to retrieve my money. Even if the prices save you a few quid, do not let this company have your money. Avoid At All Cost. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a bath. It was due to be delivered on the Saturday. Waited in all day. No emails, texts, phone calls. Emailed them on the Monday as they were not answering. Said unless I heard from them would cancel the order. They replied they were unable to get the bath and had refunded me the money and would be in my account in 5 to 7 days .... NO MONEY WEEKS LATER....have started a Mastercard review ... AVOID
