We unfortunately cracked our sink that…
We unfortunately cracked our sink that we had purchased 3 years ago with the beautiful Lucido vanity unit, however Tash managed to source the same sink for us and arranged delivery also, as per her word the sink arrived today safe and sound, so just waiting for a plumber to fit it. We have been so impressed with their fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble, that we would highly recommend Bathroom City to all our friends.

I did initially have the wrong colour unit delivered. What I can say is their customer service team quickly and efficiently put this right
Their customer service is amazing (specifically Kelly - Customer Service Manager) and they should be proud of this and keep the high standards. Quality of the product is also highly recommended.

Initial delivery and ordering super…
Initial delivery and ordering super quick, unfortunately had an issue when unpacking the bath as it had a crack in the base not noticed until the plumber required it. Contacted Kelly who dealt with the issue immediately with clear concise instructions. After following those instructions a refund was granted and a replacement bath issued. Excellent customer service.
