helpful service, terrible instructions
Service was good; kept informed about the day of the delivery slot. Polite and helpful delivery driver.
Goods were good quality (but) sadly the Shower Enclousre instructions were incomprehensible; A call to Bathroom city provided some assistance.
Shower tray shattered with big hole (when I dropped the mixer tap- my fault but would question the build quality perhaps?)
SUMMARY:
Shame as the service was good, but incomprehensible instrauctions is not good in these modern times.
Good company to deal with.

I wouldn't give this company any stars…
I wouldn't give this company any stars given the way I have been treated. Extremely Upsetting and disappointing experience. After being promised a refund for a damaged bath found out that the accounts team had transferred money for the wrong order to the wrong person. Questioned this with customer service and sent the relevant evidence but was told I had to get the money back from the individual they had refunded it to. Having sent several emails informing them that it was not my responsibility got no response. The response below from customer services is factually incorrect

Friendly team and excellent service
After looking online and not finding quite the right combination I rang them.
They were very friendly and helpful, sorted what needed changing and gave me a quote which was good.
I then went to the showroom in Tylesly to take a look at the bathroom furniture, a bit of a drive but worth it, huge showroom. Jimmy who I’d spoken to on the phone sorted a couple of further changes in sink and WC before a final quote which I was happy to pay, they are now holding my order for me, until ready to be fitted before sending out free of charge.
