Really helpful and was brilliant with my Daughter made her feel very comfortable while getting her eyes tested and was helpful choosing the right glasses for her, Staff are so lovely aswell.
Was brilliant customer service and love both pairs of my glasses but 4 stars given as they seemed a little understaffed so took longer than I’m sure it normally would of if they had more staff.

Great! I wanted a second pair and enquired about reglazing some existing spectacles, no problem. As one gets older prescription changes can be more frequent, this can be an expensive business. The reglaze cost was minimal in comparison to competitors, therefore I decided to go for this option. Seems a sensible way to go. Perfect.

Had treated with Olive oil drops for a week but still no better hearing .

I came to Bayfields with my partner. When I got there one of the assistants asked me when the last time I got my eyes tested. I advised them that this was during Covid and I was over due.
They asked me if I would like an eye test and I accepted.
