Service very friendly and efficient

Excellent comprehensive eye…
Excellent comprehensive eye examination by a very knowledgeable Optometrist. Explained in detail regards the condition of my eyes. Very precise & through. Would highly recommend. Friendly service too.

Kelly
Kelly, the optician was what made this visit so good. She is professional but kind. She took time to explain issues to me and though the visit took over the allotted time, she took a big chunk out of her lunch hour to ensure the best was done for me.

Excellent service
Excellent service provided by all the staff, especially Kelly, who carried out a thorough examination of my eyes in a friendly and very professional manner, and also Sonja, who efficiently carried out all the follow-up procedures, including helping with the choosing and fitting of new glasses frames. I would highly recommend this branch of Bayfields.

Professional, experienced and friendly
Experienced staff who were extremely friendly and who explained all aspects of the visit, therefore, ensuring I was happy with what was going to happen, then great care was taken during my eye examination to make sure a correct prescription was obtained.
