Excellent optometrist…Chi… great customer service when picking up new glasses ..Charles.
However too condescending and pushy trying to offer ‘add on’ services when choosing new frames

Your optician is absolutely great very thorough and reassuring. The staff running the shop seem to just want to sell 12 month cover not interested in the customer and their needs, no help with choosing new glasses or with enquiries about hearing aid move to them they made it very complicated. Found an arrogance there and didn’t seem to care . Would think twice about buying glasses there again but will stay with the optician.

Mr Chi Choi provides a professional, thorough and re-assuring eye examination. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Having regular OCT scans at Bayfields over the years turned into a god send when a recent cataract surgery went wrong. Under the skilful guidance of Chi Choi who used earlier images to assess the problem and healing progress helped immensely. Chi is simply the best optician in the Northwest.

Put my mind at rest I wasn’t going deaf and no wax in ears.👂

Friendly staff. My eye test results were explained to me as was new prescription. The explanation was clear and understandable.
I chose new frames and had advice which is always very reassuring when it is so difficult to see what frames suit.

I went to see Chee (apologies if I have spelt name incorrectly), but I thought he was fantastic and picked up a condition that other opticians had failed to notice. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
