Best customer service and products on the market
Had the best customer service, I don't really understand the comments below.
There were no issues and I received my parcel within 7 working days. So very impressed with service.
They also have the best ingredients on the market specially if you are looking for organic and natural products.
Would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional customer service.
The strangest, most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered a product on recommendation from the seemingly knowledgeable staff that would ‘tick all the boxes’... though in order to buy it, I had to buy loads of other products to bring my order up to £50.. I ended up spending £75 inc vat and delivery, only to find they had totally misinformed me and product in question was completely unsuitable for my requirements. They clearly haven’t a clue about what they sell, which I find strange as I think this place once had a really decent reputation- no idea who’s running it now, but it seems v dodgy.
I spent weeks trying to get a refund - they rarely respond to emails and when they do, they give short replies, don’t always sign off with a name and it’s often late at night, not during office hours. I eventually got £25 refunded but was stuck with £50 worth of stock that I only purchased so I could bring my purchase value up to £50 in the first place... really crap experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend and do not trust this company

Tried to place an order yesterday and today. Very disappointed the minimum order is £50. No reply to email sent. Rang today and was told it was clear on the website the minimum order was £50. Quite rude. Customer service is poor. Have ordered from here in the past a long time ago. But never again now.

Very bad manner and rude, we sent a mail to ask more about the VAT problems before we place the order, not even asking them to waive, refund or judging their quality or prices...etc, then they strike back immediately, said if you looking for commercial quality oil, you contact the wrong place, you can go Amazon to pay what you get. And did not clarify anything but blaming us making mistakes of our order! It is clearly show how they do the business, they totally do not care or even look forward to the new one, maybe they do not need it!

If this is not the case, it would be great to know the new company details. I was thinking of making a purchase from them but being unable to find them as active is dodgy.
