I ordered a jacket on 26/12 but still…
I ordered a jacket on 26/12 but still not received. The company say it has been delivered but it was not delivered to me. They asked me to fill in a claim form which I did, they asked me to send photos of my property which I did. Then they say sorry we have delivered it and there is nothing we can do. This company is disgraceful and I am not prepared to loose £165. I wish I had read the reviews before and so many people have had the same thieving experience. Do not order from these people and they are complete con artists. I have sent email after email l; message after message and they are now simply ignoring me. This is an outrage in this day an age: Dpd are the same and their reviews are shocking too. They can not just take my money and leave me with nothing. They sent a photo of a package but I do not recognise anything in the picture plus they do not even care. This company should not be allowed to trade and I will take it further

Thank you for your feedback.
I can confirm a full investigation into your delivery has been raised by ourselves, DPD and PayPal into your delivery. I can confirm all three parties have confirmed that the parcel was successfully delivered to the address you entered.
DPD provided a delivery photo to show the parcel being accepted at the address, a person can be seen in the delivery photo taking in the parcel.
The GPS location provided shows the driver was marked at the correct address when the delivery was made. Google street maps has also confirmed that your house and address, matches the delivery photo provided by the courier. This was confirmed by an identical matching step and the images you provided of your address.
All the evidence we have gathered ourselves and the evidence provided by DPD confirms that the delivery is compliant, and was made to the correct address. As this is the case we are not able to investigate your claim any further.

Items never recieved…
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on the 17/12/2022. A couple of days later I got a message saying that they had been delivered through my letterbox. My items were not posted through my letterbox, this was very frustrating as I needed them for a trip away over Christmas. Fast forward to the 8/1/23. I still have not received my items. I am still waiting for a response from Brown Bag and the delivery company. I am currently out of pocket and without my items. Brown bag doesn’t have a number you can call which means you have to talk to them via web chat, i find this quite annoying as in situations like this it is much better to be able to speak to someone directly. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Apologies you experienced a problem with your order.
We currently have a denial of receipt investigation open with the courier. As a letterbox delivery is deemed as one of their safe delivery locations, the investigation needs to be conducted in full.

15502611096428Z great wee company , fast quick delivery's only not so good is the waiting or not getting order conformation , had a problem today called DPD to ask why they were so late ,was told by then Brown bag did not by my name and street addy ,so was a bit upset at BB but it did get delivered with my name on it
