I placed a order delivery was on time item was to big did a online exchange they replaced with a smaller size all within a couple of days and on xmas week aswell product was fab couldn't rate them anymore brilliant company

Really poor company
Really poor company, paid £5 delivery, item didn’t fit as expected then had to pay £8 to send back. Shocking find a company that tries to help the customer. Suppose I’ll get the terms and conditions response so just trying to put everyone wise to this small shop which probably makes more out of delivery than it does sales

I can confirm the returns policy is outlined on our website and it does confirm we do not offer free returns with our orders.
As you have returned your order in full you will receive a refund for the item, and the initial postage charge you paid when your order was placed.

Aimee was great in helping me with my order, as trying to do so via their app was not working when getting to pay for my goods. Contacted customer services l whom were prompt with their reply (well within 24hrs) and helped me to place my order with them online. I received my package within 1 day, super speedy delivery and am much pleased with how the situation was dealt with and resolved.
Thanks for your help Aimee, much appreciated. I will be using brown bag again in the future.

Let down by others
Firstly I struggled using the app, it would not let me carry out the transaction, but was able to carry on online. Dispatch was very good thank you.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They lie about not receiving payments. Even tho use the klarna payments which is set out in term's and conditions. Now i been made to pay twice for s##t quality merchandise. I wouldn't even send this product to a 3rd world country

You have used Klarna on your order. Your credit agreement for your order is with Klarna and not with Brown Bag Clothing. We have not told you your money hasn't been paid, this has come from Klarna directly. we have no involvement with any of their payments or taking the money.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER
Package never arrived, Brown Bag Clothing uses different courriers as far as they told me, which has shown will make delivery unreliable.
Ordered on 28/11/22, and today (27/12) I wrote them 4-5 times and really they wasn't of much help. Today I finally told them to refund me my money, since it's been such a hassle. Other companies would normally just ship another copy of the item (90€ pants), but the quality of the customer assistance wasn't there.
All the way through, I had to chase for any updates, and the updates was just the standard "We're looking into it"...
I would advice against ordering from them!
Copy item name from their site, and buy it from a different source.
Reply to store:
NOT true. You control your own stock, at any point regardless of the status of the original order, you could ship a new copy. Just like you shipped the first one.

I can confirm a delivery investigation with our parcel forwarder was raised to determine the location of the parcel and when it will be delivered to you.
Unfortunately as we do use a forwarder for our international parcels, we are not able to send out a replacement as the orders need to come through them. I can confirm a full refund for your order was issued yesterday.
