Great customer support
When I found cheaper prices, the customer service team proposed refund as discount even after a week after the purchase.
I was worried about my shipping because fedex didn’t provide any updates almost a week passed original delivery date. It was the only issue but it was fedex issue.

Great customer service
I did have an issue with a Tv I ordered(no fault of the seller), the customer support representative Rizza Mae was quick to respond and offered a solution that worked for both of us. The shipping was fast and accurate. And based on my experience I’m confused by any negative customer service reviews. I would order from this company again.

Exceptional Customer Service
I had a great experience buying from Beach Camera. I purchased a monitor from them and had a few hiccups upon receiving the monitor. Namely, the monitor I received wasn't exactly as described on the product page. Obviously, I wasn't very pleased, so I reached out, and fortunately a rep named Maria Luisa resolved the issue within 24 hours, hassle free and with no fuss. Ordered a TV off of Amazon after…
Ordered a TV off of Amazon after experience trouble with the Sony direct website. 2 day shipping with outstanding packaging was fast and on-time. Package included a mount, 2 hdmi cables and some other stuff. When I inquired about the cables and they responded in under 3 hours and told me it was already shipped via USPS. Both RIZALYN and DIANNE were super helpful and did a outstanding job helping me out.

I ordered and PAID for a product that was not in stock.
I ordered and PAID for a product that was not in stock! How does that even happen? Once I realized the injustice, I e-mailed and called with no relief as it is now apparent that Beach Camera employs those who:
1. Can't pay attention
2. Don't care about the customer
Beach Camera will have to learn to treat customers the right way or you will be driven out of business by those who do. You reap what you sow! In short: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEACH CAMERA, find someone else more likely to accommodate instead of disinterested toads and those who do NOT value the customer. (They don't even respond to a customer's requests and thus are too stupid to accommodate!)

This review is an update of my previous review of this company. They worked with me to make it right when we had an issue with their service (the item we ordered wasn't in stock and it took 17 days to find out that it wasn't coming, and 22 days to receive our money back).
To their credit, they did reach out and offer compensation for our inconvenience since we run a business and it impacted our ability to work during the time we were without a gimbal. I appreciated them attempting to make it right.
