Outstanding service. From buying to final installation, Beachcomber's service was outstanding. Thanks Craig and Don for your wealth of knowledge. Our 380 is up and running smoothly now and I'm super happy with how it went. Thanks a lot!

These people WILL NOT stand behind their product. They ship order MISSING items and then want PROOF it was their product when you have their b ox and their hot tub cover lift. Missing two little extensions that were not in the package and they respond,...we are sorry but no proof we left them out then offered to sell them to me!! DO NOT do business with them. Look at zilions of complaints across the internet!! Pat K

Markham Ontario - Beachcomber 700 Series

WARNING - STAY AWAY from Beachcomber and Seaway Pools.

Nice product, albeit over priced, but DO NOT expect any responsive service from Seaway Pools or Beachcomber either.

First issues, failed Hush Pump. Took 2 weeks to get service in sub zero weather. Had to chase them for service as there was NO proactive response.

Once fixed, weather warmed enough to drain and refill tub. Once refilled, the main breaker starts tripping. Tub is dead cold. Put in a service request, and again had to chase a response. Temp now drops to -5 overnight. New urgent-service date was a week out. Seriously?!?!

Had to put a heater in pump area to stop from freezing, but that does NOT stop cold tub water from freezing. Too cold to drain cold tub as ground is frozen, so their response was to pour hot water into tub if it started freezing.

The attitude of the CS staff at Beachcomber and Seaway was indifferent.

Initial service technician was clearly abused/ overworked and was clearly frustrated with service management.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They basically lied to me. Never buy a hot tub from Beachcomber. They failed to mention that they would only deliver curbside in the USA. I ordered the hot tub for a second home and I am going to have to jump thru hoops to get it to my patio. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS. After they have your money, you find out how much work you have to do to get it thru customs and to its final spot

I had a fantastic experience at the new Beachcomber hot tub store in Edmonton on 149 st and 116 ave . Our SpaBerry hot tub was losing heat and being told by another hot tub company that they could not help us because we didn't purchase our hot tub through them that was not the case at Beachcomber . Lisa was quick to help us , ordering a part and booking a service date . I was so impressed by the courteous , and friendly service
and would highly recommend them for service and products. They have a beautiful showroom and many great deals .

the service is absolutely horrendous with this company. Beachcomber in grande prairie an. .the receptionist was absolutely sarcastic and her tone of voice and rude who buys a hot tub and 2 1/2 years it starts leaking. Horrible customer service horrible products.. I would definitely not recommend buying from this company if you want to be treated respectfully.

Buyer beware of beachcomber hot tubs. After what should have been 4-6 months Turned out to 14 months plus At the warehouse I noticed damage on packaging and wrote on my receipt possible Damage when I unloaded the tub six of us carefully unwrapped and documented the damage and advised beach comber immediately. After setting up the hot tub And paying a certified tub installer to watch us and help within an hour of it up and running we noticed a leak we retightend all fittings we did everything accordingly. We emptied the tub seven times change the seals reset everything the motors and still contuined leaking , that’s lack of quality control At beach comber hot tubs. For the eighth time in two weeks we emptied the water , beachcomber came picked up the tub took it back and said it was fixed after bringing it back. Upon receiving it the panels on the outside were damaged in several locations now not just one which I pointed out to the owner, as I helped them unload the hot tub once again and had to show them as they struggled & would have damaged a lot more if I was not in control of the unloading of the tub. When I contacted the owner of beachcomber I tried Lindken , email and left several phone messages. He advertises family orientated family build business yet totally opposite of what he’s trying to portray to you and to the public to deceive them of the truth. This guy don’t give care about his reputation The vice president of sales , he would make a good guy for a cutting grass long as you explain to him don’t put your fingers underneath the mower when it’s running because in all honesty I’ve never discussed business with somebody that gives the most stupid answers. We have ordered several more hot tubs from other companies that came faster with no issues up and running no stress no pressure not left with damaged hot tub and stressful , terrible service. In the new year we will take them to court. In the initial agreement signed by me & dates they offered a new hot tub when I agreed to thier offer signed it & sent it back dated. They withdrew the offer. You don’t want to deal with a company that offers you another new tub then refuses to back thier agreement. That is poor business and one company you can not trust doing business with.
Terrible business people that I spent in excess of $25 thousand dollars with. Big mistake buying from Beachcomber. Talking to several other beachcomber owners in different provinces there was not a good word said snd many good reviews were done by thier own people to promote themselves. Total false reviews meant to fool the people Don’t buy BEACHCOMBER HOTTUBS save yourself the stress , time and cost to get it running. An experience dealing with beachcomber that a customer should not have to deal with spending hard earned money Best of luck if you do. Cheers

We've been waiting for months for our new tub.

No communication has been issued to us, and quite frankly disappointed with such poor service for such an expensive purchase.

Should have went elsehwere.
