Have been a customer years. The latest competition was false advertising.
“1700 INSTANT WINNERS – £250,000 PRIZES – £10,000 END DRAW”
Only a fraction of prizes were actually won. You have to check through each prize to see if your name is against it. Last time buying from Bear.

I done the instant win competition and the email was there straight away.. it definitely does everything it says.. they got in contact and my prize was sorted out very pleased with everything

Unfortunately I join the other reviews in highlighting that they do not comply with requirements and process postal entries. Don't numerous (with paid!) And not one accepted, even if sent on day of competition going live

One of the best comp sites out there, deft worth a visit some nice prizes nice guys to deal with.

Illegal, ignoring postal entries. This company needs to be shut down and the owner sued.

Another online competition company that DOES NOT process postal entries. I have sent several postcards (all correctly written and with right postage stamps) to numerous competitions but none of them were processed and given competition numbers. I have also e-mailed their customer service department several times but received no response. The availability of a free entry route to enter each competition means that the competition does not fall within the definition of gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 and can be operated legally in Great Britain without any need for a licence. This competition website certainly does not have any transparent way of processing postal entries. Really poor performance Bear Competitions :(

I like the odds with Bear Competition... for the winning tickets you should put the ticket numbers up after the competition is finished..just making it easier to find the winning numbers rather than checking trough the live draw next morning ..

I sent a postal entry on 14.05.23 per the details on the website for the GBP10,000 Tax Free Cash competition. However I never received my ticket number for this draw and I emailed them a few times regarding this, before the draw date on 21.05.23, but no reply or ticket number was received.

I also posted an entry for a competition in a nearby location on the same day, but I received a ticket number for this draw.

This leads me to question if postal entries are just disgarded and not entered into the competition. I believe that this Bear Competitions postal entry route is just false advertising and not a legitimate way of entering competitions.

Very good experience . Really enjoyed my prize and good to give back to charity.

I have done 2 purchases this week got no numbers not even on the payment page tried email was sent back as it did not exist as a future customer I think I will take my business elsewhere
