New gift set bottles suspiciously scuffed/scraped already.
Ordered a Chloe gift scent (perfume and body wash). Arrived a day late which wasn’t an issue. However, the Chloe box wasn’t plastic sealed which I thought odd. When my partner opened it for her 40th birthday, the bottles had scuff/scrape marks on them so clearly have been out before. Customer service not interested in resolving. Not impressed and will never use this company again.

Wife's favourite perfume so price was extremely favourable without the extra bonus of the gift pack. High Street retailers were offering just the perfume at considerably more cost.
Delivery was fast and efficient, no issues all round.
