My daughter is onlyn12 y.o. and already suffering alopecia areata..i tried everything such as rubbing garlic to her scalp and applying coconut oil but because of smell its impossible to do it everyday thats why the hair growth is very slow. My daughter saw in tiktok somebody gave testimony regarding this food supplement Beauty and the Bear Chewable Hair Skin & Nail Vitamins so she asked me to buy. At first im hesitant with side effects because of her age but when i look at the ingredients its all safe. I NEVER REGRETTED BUYING THIS PRODUCT. ITS WORTH THE PRICE COZ I SEE THE BIG DIFFERENCE WITH MY DAUGHTERS HAIR. FOR OVER 2 MONTHS OF TAKING IT. I CAN SEE.LOADS OF HAIR GROWING AND SO FAR NO SIDE EFFECTS NOTED..

Hair Skin and Nail Gummies
Read reviews online about the gummies so decided to give them a go. Have seen a vast improvement in my nails after a month of use. They are so tasty and easy to eat too. Great quick service from order to delivery. Have ordered a further 3 months’ supply and my son is enjoying them and helping with his acne prone skin so it’s a win win for us both.

Delicious gummies... I’ve been taking them
for one month, but already feel my hair is a bit thicker and softer... and my nails are looking good too! I don’t like taking tablets, so these are perfect for me! They taste great and I’m getting lots of vitamins, especially vitamin D which helps strengthen your immune system. If you have acne prone skin..PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THEM. I have such supple and clear skin and I started them in February this year, and within a month, I had cystic acne all over my cheeks and chin and nose. I had acne few years ago but I completed the course of minocycline and it was cleared.
Waste on money, I bought 6 bottles. That’s why I am writing it at 12:25 at midnight

There is no evidence that our vitamins can cause acne problems. Moreover, they contain Zinc, which is clinically proven to reduce acne.
“There is no scientific evidence to show that taking over the counter vitamin supplements can either cause acne or improve it. Vitamins are trace nutrients required by the body for its normal functioning. The idea that biotin (B7) can cause acne because it causes a relative deficiency of pantothenic acid (B5) has no scientific basis”.

Results
After being so ill last year and my hair coming out in clumps, to the point it was so thin I couldn’t do anything with it. I know it says you’ll start and see results within 3 months, but a month and a half into taking these, my hair is FINALLY starting to grow back. It’s looking healthier and thicker.
People ask how much I payed for them, then say they’re expensive! But they’re worth every penny.

Vitamins
I bought the 3 months supply, ive been taking it for a month and I can see the results. My nails have been growing non-stop, and they are really strong. My hair is becoming stronger and not dropping as much. At first I didn’t like the taste but I’m now used to it. Definitely buying some more when it’s nearly finished.
