Problem with part of my recent order, and their customer services is non existent, definitely won’t be using again

i loved the products i got, wasnt cheap good products for the prices i got the 5£ mystery bundle and it was definitely worth money

Always a risk when you use a company for the first time but I need not of worried. OPI varnishes ordered & delivered with no hassle. Shall definitely try other products.

Placed my order for nail beauty products, tracking was showing a very slowed processing. In the end, the item was delivered to a different block of flats by the looks of the so called "proof of delivery location". I emailed customer support - guess what. No response. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST unless you fancy being out of pocket!!!

Absolutely love this company 😍 I've been using them for a while, I've bought loads of stuff, OPI nail varnishes, Stila lipglosses (16 of them) Nioxin hair products, and much more. All genuine products. Customer service is outstanding, I'd ordered Yankee candles and they ran out of stock, gave me a full Stila compact instead to apologise! I order from them every month, even got free Jil Sander Leather perfume, which is absolutely gorgeous 😍.

Wouldn't give 1 star if I could! Placed order told I would receive another email confirming despatch and tracking number, nothing! Complained several times nothing! Only after complaining to PayPal did company email me with a tracking number and telling me my parcel had been delivered 4 days prior and allegedly placed in my blue bin, it was not there, I had nothing from the company or Hermes to say it had been delivered!!! Company useless, they were only interested in the fact that THEY had a tracking number and not me, I have no parcel and no refund, do not use this company they couldn't run a bath!! BEWARE

Ordered before Christmas and items never arrived. Contacted customer services and they initially replied saying they’d look into it for me, but despite emailing a further few times they ignored my contact.
No refund and no product, DO NOT order from here!

Wouldn't even give them one star if I coul paid over £20 for goods got nothing but a load of excuses first items out for delivery with hermes then for a further few days items still out with hermes then no reply then tracking number that did not work then gave a tracking number that stated items delivered I have requested the address they were delivered to as no delivery was made at my address no response have emailed a further five times asking what has happened no reply will just be getting in touch with trading standards and my bank would not recommend this company to anyone . An update to the above order arrived last night must have went a mystery tour it arrived one week after the company said it was out for delivery obviously wasn't sent when they said it was their communication is somewhat lacking to say the least certainly still would not recommend them.

Disgusting service! Items paid for 5 and only 3 received. Emails and messages sent and no reply! Shocking customer service beware!!!!

I thought it was too good to be true but yes. I received my order today after 4 working days, I ordered the l oreal extreme splash and l oreal gelee sun protection. I was scared because I found them in Instagram and I couldn't belive it. Especially 3 gelee for 4.99 and extreme splash 2 bottles for 4.99. Extremely happy, definitely next in line is the Jill sanders perfumes. The delivery charge is very small if you think about the weight of the items.

To be honest I thought it was going to be a bit of a rip off. But NO.

I was apprehensive about buying perfume from this site, it seemed too good to be true. I read reviews and took a chance. So pleased I did. Three bottles of perfume from a niche brand, less than £5 each. All are authentic, I have tried the originals. Delivery was swift and well packed. I couldn't be more happy with my order and I'll be keeping a close eye on their stock

I received the products very quickly but one of the items I ordered was listed incorrectly so they sent me something else as a replacement. This was the item I wanted so very disappointed as only ordered extra things just because I wanted this! I also ordered additional due to there being a free face mask on 3 of the items as an added bonus my daughter is into face masks so thought these would be nice for her but these did not come with them. So now wish I saved my £ and actually got exactly what I wanted from another site!
