I emailed at least four times to get directions on how to return a shower curtain. After ten days of waiting and emails I have a shower curtain that is the wrong color and no way to return it. Disappointed and feel cheated.

They were out of the comforter that I wanted and sent a similar product. Whe I called and said that I could not use the new one, they sent UPS to my house to pick it up and issued a refund the next day .. They were very easy to work with.

I bought Tommy Bahama throw pillows for my bed. I shopped several sites that carried them. I went with Beddingstyle because they were listed on my Ebates site. Their prices were the same @ other sites so really the only reason I ordered with them was because of my kick back from Ebates. I was very please with my experience ordering with this company & I will use them again in the future. My order was shipped promptly & my pillows were beautiful exactly as described.

I recently placed my first order on beddingsyyle.com. Not only was my request in the comment section not met but they did not honor the 30% off sale advertised. I have called and emailed about this over the past three weeks and still have not been contacted back.

My experience with Bedding Styles was overall good. The styles they offer are beautiful. I won a $500 voucher on the Ellen Show and used it to purchase a comforter set at about $159.00, which was great. The problem is, I didn't see on the voucher that the voucher was forfeited after the first use, therefore, I lost out on the remaining $341.00 left on the voucher. I was very disappointed. I had never heard of those conditions on a voucher or gift card before. Very disappointed. I was looking forward to ordering more items.

I am still waiting to hear back from Beddingstyle.com to see how I can return my merchandise which was not what I was expecting, it is of poor materials, and I have yet to get a response via email. I also found that this company does not provide a customer service number? What a joke

I saw this website while watching an episode of Ellen. I have been looking for a comforter. I have searched so many places and when I went to bedding style.com there it was! I'm thinking of ordering the same comforter (because it is reversible) and putting it in the guest room. It is that pretty.

The bedding was even better than hoped for and delivery was very efficient and quick.

I received a voucher from the Ellen show and I was so excited to purchase my new bedding. However, once I placed my order they didn't have the pillows I ordered so I asked them to send me one they recommended. I finally get my package a week later, wash the bedding like it said on the tag, and the comforter comes out of the washer ripped and torn. Not only is the comforter torn but it's like stuck together so I can't even use it . I reach out to customer service and still haven't received an email back. Probably should reach out to the Ellen team to let them know the beddingstyle company could care less about someone with a voucher. So disappointed and sad. I wouldn't reccomend this site for anyone.

It was wanderfull experience, I order almost $500 in bedding and I got all the merchandise within a week. I am very satisfied
