I have been buying Bedfolks bedding since their very early days. The quality is outstanding. It lasts for years with no fading and no coming apart at the seams. It’s great to see a variety of colours now as well as the introduction of linen, however, I found this to be a bit too pricey for me. The Luxe range is simply divine in the summer, it’s so light and soft. I have just ordered a new set and I can’t wait for it to arrive.

I got several items from this company — all beautifully packaged, amazing quality, and they look stunning.

Wanted to share my experience of my Bedfolk bedding which I feel could be useful to potential new buyers. In short and what I don’t think it mentions on the website is the bedding is expected to be good for at least 3 years. After 3 years ours started wearing thread bare as you can see in these pictures. I also alternate my bedding with 2 other sets so it’s not always used. Make your own mind up but personally I think if someone had told me that for that premium price it’ll last 3 years I would have thought twice!

I’m very impressed with the linen products I received. The quality is excellent — soft, breathable, and beautifully made. The packaging was also thoughtfully done, adding a nice touch to the whole experience.

Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The order process was easy, everything was delivered really fast and the products are top quality.

I needed some pillowcases for a new king size pillow and Bedfolk had a great selection. Soft, smooth and a perfect fit, I got two pairs of the relaxed cotton king size pillowcases, one pair in ink grey and one pair in snow white. In combination with my pillow, they make for a super comfortable night’s sleep. I initially ordered a pair in the wrong size by mistake (be careful when clicking between the colour, opening and sizing options as the sizing can default back to standard) but returning them for a refund proved simple enough. The mistake did cost me the price of the initial delivery though. Still, I’m very happy with the pillowcases which are absolutely tip-top.

Ordered a beautiful dressing gown for a present for my husband and it’s so soft and comfy. It’s very generously sized and came nicely packaged in recyclable paper. I’m thinking of buying one for myself. Great service and a lovely product.

I came across Bedfolk while googling online end of June and I have just received my 5th order from them and its only July!:) I am totally hooked. The quality is just sooooo amazing, from the towels, linen and relaxed cotton but my absolute favourite is the rose quilt, so silky soft. Great customer service as well, I highly recommend

I don't usually take the time to do reviews about companies. But my experience with Bedfolk has always been fantastic.

Firstly, the products. The quality of the products is simply fantastic. It's hotel quality, and if you're really looking to add the luxury feel to a bedroom and enchance the design with beautiful colours - this is definitely the one. Also - a big selling point for us was we really found it hard to find superking size pillow cases which Bedfolk do. So I know when looking for treat bedding - I'll come to Bedfolk.

Secondly, the customer service. In a world now where you feel like all you get AI bots and stuck on window chats that don't answer your question and feel like you get a "Computer says no" response - Bedfolk stands out. I got in touch as I was looking for superking pillows cases that seems to be out of stock for John Lewis and Bedfolk. I emailed to inquire about the possibility of knowing when this item would be back in stock. Ashley got in touch within 24 hours, stating they had found stock in the warehouse and placed an order for me on the spot. They're tone in the email was helpful, friendly and personable. Due to where I feel like other companies are going with their customer service, Bedfolk's team simply stands out. And for this reason - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and purchase with them again.

I’ve been using Bedfolk for a number of years now and they have never let me down.
The quality of their goods are to a very high standard. They use the best materials and fabrics to produce luxury items which are not cheap but for that little something special it is so worth it.
In particular I love the bedding, especially the linen and relaxed cotton, it can turn an ordinary looking bedroom into a calm luxurious oasis.
The bedding doesn’t need any special washing requirements and has washed well over and over again. The colours are great too and can be mixed or matched.
I have had superb customer service support too from this company when I ordered incorrectly. It was several months before I opened the box ( as it was a gift) and realised I had ordered the wrong size. There was no discussion about the length of time I had had this item and it was exchanged immediately.
Delivery time is excellent and items come in a very nice box with tissue paper making it excellent to send as gifts.

The best bedding brand you'll find. Healthy, wonderful quality, washes well. Changed all my bedding and throws to Bedfolk.

I’d been considering purchasing from Bedfolk for a while and finally took the plunge…I’m so pleased I did, I love it. I’ve bought the relaxed cotton set in Ink, with Sage contrasting pillows… they look and feel great. Cool but warm…sounds bizarre but it’s true! The relaxed look is great and the ink colour looks classy but casual. Highly recommend.
