Great products, service and packaging

Great products, great service and great packaging. I had bed linen from them a few year’s ago - which I still love - and now a new dressing gown. I had to exchange the dressing gown for a smaller size and it was super easy.

Superb Customer Service

Bedfolk's Customer Service is exemplary. Their team are polite and courteous and they respond very to all queries. I have purchased so many bed sets over the years and I love them all. The quality of the bedding is second to none. Also, it's really nice to have a matching set with a flat sheet so I can ditch the quilt in the warmer months and sleep under a beautiful set with just a flat sheet on top in place of a quilt. I highly recommend this company.

Had this bedding a while had forgotten…

Had this bedding a while had forgotten how terrible it is and I'd put it in the cupboard. The bottom fitted sheet goes saggy and horrible after one night, the duvet cover doesn't fit the duvet and the pillow cases are just irritating to put on and take off. Seriously overpriced, hundreds on bedding that's no better than the 30 quid stuff!!! Don't waste your money!

Superb quality products

Superb quality products - I have purchased duvets, linen and cotton bedding from Bedfolk and have been 100% happy with every product. Especially the linen duvet covers! Great customer service too. I would no hesitation recommending Bedfolk to friends and family.

I can't recommend bedfolk enough

I can't recommend bedfolk enough. I first started purchasing from them about 3 years ago, and at the time was just moving to the UK and had a tighter budget. I bought bedfolk for one bed and bedding from M&S for our second bed. Our second bed is used less and the sheets wore out within 2 years, while our bedfolk bedding just keeps getting better with time. Every time we wash our linens, they come out better than before. They are such an incredible investment, and I now only have bedfolk bedding, duvets, and pillows. The pillows and duvet are an absolute dream and have held up against a ton of wear. Customer for life here.

So glad I discovered Bedfolk, 5 STARS!!

So glad I discovered Bedfolk, their range is super quality. It just has that natural softness and feel to it, that I prefer to my bedding, even the linen is soft not rough like some. The prices are worth it in my opinion, the energy of the pillows is fresh and clean, unlike cheaper alternatives that can smell and feel old. They have used a beautiful filling that is so worth the extra care. The weave of the cotton linen throw is so perfect for warmer weather I had to buy another. The rose colour is a subtle grown up dusky pink which is just right and the fabric again has such a beautiful well crafted feel to it. That craftsmanship and sourcing of a caring manufacturer, to me is worth paying extra for. I also appreciated the loyalty points and have bought extra pillowcases with those. The feather quilt I picked up on a special offer at the end of the winter is the best quilt I’ve had, the weight is just right. If I’ve returned any item the customer service has been brilliant and refunded very quick. The lovely lady on emails, also kindly helped me with stock enquiries when I was ordering the larger square pillows. Equally delivery has also been quick, well presented and never any mistakes. The way the bedding is wrapped in good quality paper or cotton bags is also a lovely touch. Overall this is the bedding I’ve always hoped for, from a company that cares about the production and carries that through their whole range. It’s a natural range without any loss of high quality. Plus it washes beautifully! I hope the company continue to do well, without over expanding too fast, so they can keep bringing us the core range. I’d love it if they did some wool or alpaca throws. Sumptuous bedding and robes

I have used Bedfolk several times after experiencing bedding and bathrobes at a luxury holiday cottage. Their linen bedding is sumptuous and soft. I have now purchased three cotton robes for myself and family members. Everything I have purchased has washed beautifully. Highly recommend Bedfolk products.

Poor Workmanship / Customer Service

Linen duvet cover came apart at the seams after two 20 degree washes and line dried. Bought from John Lewis who were wonderful in giving me a refund. Bedfolk Customer Services not interested in helping/replacing damaged cover. At least I had the support of John Lewis. A pity because I was about to buy another bundle. Have gone elsewhere

Not the quality/longevity I expected

Bought a king size set of linen bedding in April 2021. I sleep alone in a king size bed, alternating sides weekly. The set has been washed approx 36 times @30°. The fitted sheet and pillowcases have developed holes. At £300 a set I am beyond disappointed. Contacted Bedfolk and they explained 3years is about the expected lifespan ! I also bought a set from La Redoute at half the cost at the same time. Both sets have been washed/used identically. However no such problems with their product.

Such a disappointment

I already own two sets of the crisp cotton range and I love them. I bought the "classic cotton" expecting the same quality but unfortunately, l was disappointed. I kept them because I needed them, but you can save your money. The cotton is rough and unpleasant to the touch, I own percale IKEA sets that are better quality than this.

Lower quality and yellow not white

I've bought from Bedfolk before. Quality of linen bedding seems to have gone downhill sadly. I ordered a set in Snow. Not only was the quality lower than a previous order in a different colour, the "snow" has a strong yellow tinge (I'll refrain from the obvious yellow snow jokes 😃). The fitted sheet in particular was very yellow. Bedfolk, snow isn't cream coloured or yellow, it is white. Maybe rename this colour to prevent misunderstandings? These items are going straight back for a refund. I thought i could save some cash but will be buying from Libeco, whose linen is exceptional and lasts for decades.

Highest quality in every way!

I ordered a 13.5 tog duvet online which I didn't expect before Xmas, (ordered on the 20th December) but it came on December 22nd. It was beautifully packed which included a calico drawstring bag and high quality box. There was a feeling about this packaging and the high quality of the duvet which made me feel this company really cares.
I have been using the duvet (made of recycled duck down) for 5 nights now. Its beautiful and unbelievably comfortable. It has changed my sleep into a heaven of warmth and peace. I hope to buy something else from Bedfolk as they gave me a discount code for further purchases. I would highly recommend this company.

I was quite excited to order two sets only to have to return them. The quality of the fabric does not correspond to the price tag. On the flip side, I was kept well informed on the travel of the order.

beautiful, but not long lasting

I love their products and have made several purchases, but for the price, I was expecting their products to last for quite some time. The linen pillow cases in particular are looking really worn and have torn in some places.
Disappointing as I don't really want to spend £300+ to refresh my bed linen every few years...
