Just purchased an Audi TT from Bedford Specialist Cars and very pleased.
Car was just how described, all questions I had answered promptly by email. Went to see the car and there was no hard sell - price was very good so put deposit down. Collected car this week and they picked me up at the train station which was very nice. Showed me how to connect phone and general controls which saves me loads of time with manual.
Would certainly recommend this car dealer.

I've just had an excellent customer service experience buying my latest car from Bedford Specialist Cars. They were helpful and informative from the off and gave me confidence to undertake a 300 mile trip to see and buy the car. The car was in excellent condition, fully charged and ready to go. Used Bedford Specialist cars a few years ago and was very happy with the car and service I received so obviously this was the first place I tried when I needed another car and I wasn’t disappointed. The range of cars and prices was exactly what we were looking for the difficult part was choosing.
Leigh’s son was the first person we met ( I think his name was Tommy)and was happy to let inspect the cars in our price range.
He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Every car had been impeccably cleaned and prepped.
As we checked out the cars Leigh arrived and took over, as before nothing was too much trouble he let us look at service history etc and was there to answer any questions we had.
we couldn’t make up our minds between two cars so Leigh took us out in both before giving us time to make our decision and it was lovely not to feel pushed or rushed into making one.
Once we decided the paper work was carried out and delivery was arranged.
I am so happy that the standards from my previous purchase are still the same.

Bought a car 10 years ago (Volvo S80 V8), and still got it. Now bought another car (Audi TTRS) and its amazing. Always high spec, well serviced, low mileage cars. Hope to do more businesses in the future.

Submitted an ad on Tootle @ 10:30. @ 10.34 Leigh from Bedford Specialist Cars called me to discuss & negotiate. Deal done 3 mins later.

At 13:40, picked up the delivery driver at my local train station. Received agreed funds within 30 mins via bank transfer. Car driven off into the sunset with trade plates attached.
