We have had bedgear sheets for over 10 yrs loved them bought several sets we needed a new set purchased a set for 299.00 received them washed them put on our bed then needed washing washed them and they Balled up very disappointed never had this happen to previous sets called Bedgear had to file a Warranty Claim took pictures, had invoice and they responded that it wasn’t covered and offered us a 20% discount on sheets which was funny as I just got an email for Presidents Day sale that we get 30% off ! I called Customer Service and discussed everything and was told that’s the best they could do I said as a good customer that always loved your sheets you couldn’t just give us another set ? No they would let me use the 30% off so I said I would write this review and told them we will never purchase your product ever again! Was told they are very sorry! I would buy something else other than Bedgear

Sheets are very difficult to put on mattress. Really need two people which is ridiculous. They are fine once you finally get them on mattress.
Now for the washing….washing is not the problem but they are surprisingly heavy when wet. Once they are in dryer you MUST use dryer balls before they will even begin to dry. Sheets wad up into a tight wet/damp clump unless dryer balls are used. The other alternative is to check on the drying process every 10 minutes or so which is also very inconvenient.
Just give me my regular sheet set that I buy at Penneys and I’ll be much more satisfied!!

We bought a $300 set of BedGear sheets expecting premium quality and customer-friendly policies. After sleeping on them one night, we realized they weren’t a good fit for us and contacted the company to initiate a return or exchange. BedGear refused, stating they do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. This was very disappointing, especially given the high price. Buyers should be aware that once you open and use these sheets—even once—you’re stuck with them.

If you have three hundred dollars to spend on sheets, spend it on a product other than BedGear.

The pillowcases were supposed to have straps that held the cases on the pillow (the fabric is very silky and slippery), but they did not work at all. In addition, Bedgear has a "no return" policy and stuck to it, despite repeated attempts to reason with them. It is obvious from these reviews that they do not care about customer satisfaction. I should have read their return policy more closely.

This company does not honor warranties! Their products are NOT cheap! I have worked to purchase their merchandise because it proved to be quality. The sheeting is like none I’ve ever had and love them. I recently upgraded to the Ice 2.0 when menopause hit are reading the reviews. These pillows are TERRIBLE for me and did nothing the company claimed. The furniture would not return, replace, or exchange and recommended to contact the manufacturer BEDGEAR. Although the agent I spoke with was great, the company policy and warranty SUCK! The return warranty claim response really angered me as the male that replied stated, “they are not air conditioners!” $600 is a lot of money for two pillows that do not live up to the claims of the company.

I bought a sheet set, washed them, and put them on the bed. 2 days later I noticed 2 pulls, the length of he sheets. I contacted the Warranty department ( GM Warranty which also does cars???) and sent them pictures. After denying the claim, all they could say was “we have a strict quality assurance program that would never miss an issue like that” No luck convincing them to that 1 wash would not cause this issue. Do not buy this product!

purchased a split head king one year ago along with Bedgear sheets. They felt wonderful but tore at the split within a month. Bedgear replaced and now the new pair just came out of the washing machine with multiple rips. The fitted sheet is basically in shreds. I washed the sheets alone in the wash. Terrible quality and Bedgear only replaces the set once!

Purchased their new storm pillow for 300 dollars, it was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep with it and had to resort to my old pillow. I have emailed customer service twice and received no response.

Used the bedgear measurement system, pillow was too thick. I thought no big deal, I'll return them and get my money back minus shipping. Turns out shipping via USPS ground is $123. I spent $196 on the pillows. What a ripoff! Might as well have no return policy. USPS worker felt bad and told me it's probably not worth returning. DECEPTIVE! Will never buy from again!

Bought a cooling pillow cost 100 dollars does not do what they advertise pillow was broke down in two weeks call them sent me to a third party warranty company witch done nothing

OMG after reading the reviews. I’m upset I put the bed gear mattress cover and sheets on my new temper pedic Queen mattress. The items was a purchase packet at Ashley Furniture. The sheets are paper thin (linen) and mattress cover seems plastic like. I did wash all before putting on. I requested help as to how to put on the cover. It’s so tight.

I purchased a mattress directly from Bedgear’s website, and I am extremely disappointed in both the product and the customer service experience. The mattress is made of an unusually slippery material that causes fitted sheets to come off every single night—making it incredibly frustrating and impractical for daily use.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite advertising a 30-day return policy, Bedgear requires customers to cover return shipping costs and arrange for a third-party to handle the mattress return—something that is both expensive and logistically difficult.

This policy feels intentionally burdensome, discouraging customers from making returns. I expected more from a company that markets itself as premium. I would not recommend Bedgear to others and strongly advise potential buyers to read the fine print and consider alternatives with more customer-friendly policies.

This mattress protectors is very slippery. It looks nice but when I sit on the side of the bed I start to slip off. The other problem is that my fitted sheets move around and are a mess when I get up in the morning.

Bedgear - will never purchase again. Claim to have 10year warranty. After 2 years mattress protected was not waterproof at all and my son peed the bed. No only is my new (2yr) mattress ruined bedgear willl not warranty the protector or even look at /clean the mattress. Huge waste of money

Do not purchase Bedgear mattress cover protection. They will not honor the warranty. You’ll have to keep up with the original receipts and send pictures of proof of purchasing the mattress and covering at the same time. Sorry, I was not told I’d need to keep receipts of purchases years to come. It should already be recorded. It’s a rip off!

Mattress pad falling apart but they will not honor warranty. Don't wash product because if it falls apart you voided the warranty.

I literally unboxed a mattress yesterday. The mattress was of high quality. I've had more mattresses than the average person and this was a beautiful mattress. I purchased the S7 because I don't sleep well. This mattress is so amazing! It reminds me of the Tempur-Pedic adapt pro. I love how it cradles my shoulders and my back yet it has the support that I need. Great company. I hope they come up with great products

We purchased BedGear products in the past but could no longer afford their expensive sheets. We decided to try the basic sheets, which we now know are almost as thin as paper and very uncomfortable. Night two required us to get up and change the bottom sheet because of the issue.
We emailed the “BedGear WOW Team” and got this response: "Thanks for reaching out to BEDGEAR! At the moment, our return policy for sheets allows only for the return of unopened sheet sets. Once a sheet set has been opened, it is considered final sale. Please feel free to review our return policies at the link here: (bedgear returns)"
NOTE: You cannot even open them to examine the quality.
They say thread count doesn’t matter; I beg to differ!
Think hard before buying these. We purchased quality sheets elsewhere for less!

BEDGEAR WOW, white glove service is the WORST. They list the delivery the day of, the delivery person does not have to have EXPERIENCE with adjustable beds, but do have to be able to read directions and deliver. They do NOT have to remove boxes, that is the responsibility of the homeowner. I have a very disturbing recorded phone call with bedgrear. A husband and wife team with absolutely NO IDEA of the type of bed he was delivering nor experience putting one together was and that was okay by BEDGEAR. again the way they were dressed spoke higher, this was a last minute pick up job for them 1003109836

I wish I read reviews before I purchased this product. I have the Bedgear I Protect mattress protector and it is a horrible product. My dog threw up on our bed and it went THROUGH the protector right onto our mattress. So now the mattress has a stain and the protector is a piece of junk. When you call the company to start a claim, they won't tell you that you only have 5 days to make a claim or they won't do anything. The customer service is horrible and they don't even stand by their product. Buyer beware, do not buy this unless you want a ruined mattress!!
