Scam. Asked us to recruit for them and never paid us.

I was hired from Tasker to assemble 5 separate rental units of furniture. Many, many pieces. Three weeks of 6-8 hr days. They refuse to pay me for the last weeks worth of work $1000. The furniture is not top quality as they state.

Do NOT use this company unless you want poor service, deliveries to sit outside for WEEKS, incompetent crews damaging property and putting furniture together incorrectly and having someone from the company repeatedly tell you they are ‘in the execution phase’ and are ‘escalating the complaints to the proper department’. We were told it would take 3-6 weeks. It has been 8 and they still can’t even begin to give me a completion date while the majority of our investment sits outside on a public road. Trash has been piled up by our door for weeks even though we were told it would be removed immediately. Muralist was ‘scheduled’ for this past week and didn't show. I have MANY photos of damaged furniture, cigarette burns on new furniture, mattresses that look like they’ve been drug on the ground, etc.

If you have been unfortunate enough to deal with them, please report your experience with the Better Business Bureau. It will do an investigation into the company that could at least prevent other people from falling into their trap.

Our experience with Bee Setups was a complete nightmare.

We paid in full for what was supposed to be a turnkey furnishing and setup service for our vacation rental. Instead, the project was left unfinished for weeks, communication became increasingly inconsistent, and approximately $15,000 worth of furniture, wallpaper, décor, and home essentials that we paid for never arrived. Three months later, many of those items are still missing, and Bee Setups has stopped responding to our emails.

Despite countless calls, emails, and requests for updates, we received vague answers, shifting timelines, and promises that were never fulfilled. The delays caused us to lose reservations, rental income, and valuable time. At one point, workers arrived at the property without a clear plan, while major portions of the project remained incomplete.

What should have been an exciting and stress-free experience turned into one of the most frustrating business dealings we have ever encountered. We ultimately had to terminate the project, deny further access to the property, and hire others to complete the work.

If you are considering Bee Setups, document everything, keep detailed records of all purchases and deliveries, and think carefully before paying in full. Our experience resulted in more than $15,000 in missing items, additional financial losses, months of delays, and an enormous amount of unnecessary stress.
