It’s so lovely to know that I’m supporting a local family business. It’s also nice to say that the service was impeccable from start to finish. Delivery came on the due day and unlike other companies, there was no delivery charge.
I will certainly be using Begg shoes again, and I highly recommend them.

We went to Begg’s for the first time recently to get she’s for myself and my mother for my daughter’s wedding. What a beautiful shop and excellent service not something you get much today. Some items were not available in the colours we required no problem , free delivery within a week, well packaged and in excellent condition. Also free returns if we did not like them. We actually left with 5 pairs of shoes between 3 of us. We will be back. I would highly recommend!

Deliberately went to Beggs as knew the service was good. Emma totally understood my bunion problem & she managed to interpret what I was actually looking for! She made my visit fun & I bought 2 pairs of shoes which I really didn't mean to! Thank you Emma.

I sent for a pair of Rieker closed toe sandals from Begg Shoes recently. They arrived quickly and were well packed - and actually included a handwritten note hoping that I would love the shoes (which I do!). Really refreshing to find that this level of service is still available online. Thank you - can highly recommend this company.

Good range of shoes, and excellent, knowledgeable, friendly staff who helped fit my 97 year old mother with a comfortable, light and easy to put on pair of shoes. A wonderful wee shop.

The last pair of clogs that I bought only lasted 30 years, so if these last as long I will make old bones(110). So pleased with them. I have treated them very harshly but they are wonderful, just sorry that I probably won’t be buying another pair. Thank you I cannot sing your praises enough.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. The order arrived within a couple of days - and I ordered over the week-end! Nice personal touch too, with a note in the box when they arrived. Hadn't used this company before so was a bit nervous - but they are reliable and clearly friendly, which is a bonus. Would shop with them again.

Went into the shop and tried on so many shoes and the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful. She then organised for a pair to be sent to my home for free to try with an option to return for a small fee, or take back for free. She could not have been more helpful.
