I received horribly constructed shoes and have emailed their customer service email 3 times now and haven't gotten back one single reply or acknowledgment of any kind to let me have return for refund information. What an amazingly terrible company!!! They suck money right out of people's pockets and never give a thought of how badly it reflects on them when they can't give quality products. SOOOOOO disappointed. I wish SOMEONE...ANYONE would actually contact me. It might give me some hope in the company.

Belifi.com is a scam website and they are not a reliable website i have researched on the internet and it’s base in China and the owners name are not available this is the problem with the internet every other website sites are predators just looking for victims to steal their money
Stay away from belifi…they may change their name to fool people

If I could give 10 negative stars I would. This company is hard to work with. Back in February I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for a cruise. I received them a week before I was leaving. I was ecstatic. The wrong sizes from what I ordered was sent. I was bummed that I would need to return them as they wouldn’t fit. I checked my order against what they sent and indeed this company made a mistake. Next I tried to reach the company via email for instructions to return, nothing was received for weeks.in April I finally received an email with return instructions. I received confirmation from Belifi they received my shoes and a refund would be processed within 7 days. No refund has been received it’s now July. I paid $134 for the shoes and $50 to return them. My bank has even filed disputes and the company is still claiming that they don’t have the shoes. I have proof from the US Postal Service the shoes were received. I’m out over $180 for a companies error and I have no shoes to show for it. If you’re wanting to order from them use a credit card that you can dispute charges and that will refund you or order them from someone else on Amazon as they probably got screwed over by Belifi too. I wish I would have kept them and either sold them or gifted them.

Great shoes! 3rd pair Bought the 1st pair 4 yrs ago. They wear very well. All 3 pair look the same. Also comfortable. Thank you!!😊

I asked for my order to not be shipped and cancel with refund because their sandals were $53 and Amazon have them for $17. They ignored me and shipped it anyway

The shoes are beautiful. But they run 1/2 to 1 size larger than American shoes. I wear an 8 1/2 to 9, so that’s what I ordered. They were huge. I couldn’t even wear them with pads. I emailed Belfi and they did send me 4 replacement pairs out of the 5 that I ordered. They kept saying that they would replace but that I ordered the wrong size. So I had some friends at work try them on. Those that wore size 9 couldn’t wear them, but those wearing a size 10 could. Again, the shoes are beautiful, but make sure to get at least a half size smaller than you wear.

Received my Rhinestone sneakers only to find too small, wanted to return them but was told to keep them as a gift and ordered another pair assuming no extra charge but on receiving my credit card bill there is a $92.58 internet charge, US foreign fee $57.98 plus AUD $2.69.
Not understanding their billing, confusion all round, paying for 2 pairs obviously!

Do not buy from this company ! They are a rip off artist. I never received the pair of shoes I ordered.. they won’t refund me my money either - they are nothing but a con company

I am still trying to get this company to do the right thing. However, I have no shoes I can wear from them…..all are too big. Today they offered me 20% refund on the 6 pairs of shoes I have been trying to get since January 2023. I DONT HAVE ANYTHING THAT I CAN WEAR AND THEY OFFER ME A 20% refund instead of the 6 pairs of shoes I have paid for and not received in the correct size. DISGRACEFUL

Do not order from this company. Sent wrong size and trying to get it rectified is a joke. Keep the shoes and get 30%. Or buyer has to pay for shipping back to China when shipped from US. PayPal is just as useless trying to fix this.

THE SLIPE-ON BLACK RHINESTONE SHOE WITH BOW WAS RECEIVED WITH PATCHY AREAS (NICKEL TO QUARTER SIZE PATCHES OF MISSING RHINESTONES) OF MISSING RHINESTONES
THE LEISURE AIR CUSHION BOTTOM SANDALS WERE RECEIVED WITH MISSING PATCHES OF RHINESTONES.
I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE THE NEXT DAY AND WAS AT 1ST TOLD BY CHRIS TO SEND PHOTOS - WHICH I DID
AND HIS RESPONSE BACK WAS "I'M SORRY ABOUT THIS, BUT THIS IS NORMAL."
SO CHRIS AT BELIFI CONSIDERS IT NORMAL TO SEND OUT POOR QUALITY, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TRY TO AT 1ST OFFER ME 20% OFF, THEN 30%, THEN 40%OFF THESE BAD QUALITY SHOES.
BELIFI'S REURN POLICY STATES "IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, BELIFI WILL OFFER THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE AND CREDIT YOUR MONEY BACK".

21 EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT BACK AND FORTH FIGHTING WITH BELIFI!!!!!!!!!

I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.....
