I ordered a lovely looking pair of wide fit sandals that when arrived were smelly cheap plastic that I couldn’t even get on my feet, sent an email asking for a refund and return label the same day and heard nothing at all
Commented on their Facebook page twice warning their shoes were cheap rubbish which was immediately deleted, only 6 good comments on the page which I’m sure they’ve written themselves….do not buy!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company in March 2025 and still waiting for delivery, when you email them they reply back stating they have been shipped. This company is quick enough to take your money but not quick to send the items, this firm is totally a scam, and I fell for it hook line and sinker.

I'd not even give these scammers one star!!! I ordered boots after 4 weeks of non delivery I raised a case with PayPal in the meantime these scammers said package had been delivered!!? Certainly not to Scotland! Some random address in London! Anyway paypal said because it had been delivered case was closed!!! Phoned PayPal to complain and show the evidence screenshots, email etc and got my money back! ANY NEGATIVE COMMENT ON THEIR PAGE IS INSTANTLY DELETED! SPEAKS VOLUMES! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I cannot understand how this scam company is rating 4.6 on Amazon. I am currently in dispute with them for a pair of cheap nasty plastic boots that are advertised as, “vintage soft buttery leather with fur linings and orthopedic support” Their advertisements look like they are based in England but when you ask for a return and refund they give you a Chinese address!!! Then they start bartering about taking a small percentage of money back to save yourself the hassle and postage costs. They should be avoided at all costs and Facebook should be fined for allowing them on their website.

Is this part of BStore. I ordered and when goods did not turn up as required I wrote and cancelled and asked for both boot orders to be refunded.
I was offered 15% off and no need to return. I get a daily email telling me to check out and pay. I have proof of this being paid and ur is now frustrating.
Paypal will not refund either so no more on line shopping for me and certainly not these sites that are not honest as to where they are.
Don’t be caught out as your money is gone

Belkmalls is a deceitful, lying, scamming company that sends you nasty, cheap, awful products that are not anything like the pictures they send out. I can't understand why this company has not been taken down by Facebook who should be looking after us from Scamming Companies like Belkmalls. I am appalled that nothing is being done to bring this company down to protect people like myself.

Since June 2024 I've been suffering very badly with my feet having nasty rashes over them which the sandals I bought have caused. I only wore them once and now have nasty rashes where the straps came over across my feet. My feet were very swollen and I still have the rashes on my feet to this day (27-11-24) and can't get rid of them. No matter what medication and ointment I use, 5 months down the line I still have these rashes which are red raw and very itchy.
I am seriously thinking of consulting my solicitor to see if there is anything that I can do as I consider the sale of these sandals is dangerous and should be stopped

SCAM - the boots are made of thin plastic, missing stitches and warped sole. They offered 15% refund and i can keep them. Trying to get my money back through PayPal dispute! The packaging has a UK returns address but they insist i return these faulty boots to China tracked, while pointing out that it will be expensive for me. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY!

Total SCAM and CON. Same site and FB page as other company called B STORE. Take your money and either don't deliver at all or deliver cheap nasty products that are too expensive to return. DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER COMPANY. Share this review too.

Boots are meant to be waterproof. They are definitely not. Wore them today and my feet were soaking wet when I got home. Cheap and tacky. Don't waste your moneu

I bought boots from a Facebook advert. They came from China and were cheap copies of the ones used in the ad. Plastic not leather. I messed up my PayPal complaint as had never done it before but managed to get a small refund. I keep reporting the ads but Facebook does nothing.

Don't use this company.
Mother bought sandals. To small (despite being her normal size).
Return address was China!!

The mules after 1 day had the covering on the heel go all wrinkly. Doesn't look good.
Have tried contacting but as yet no responce.

Had to give a star to enable me to write a review. CON ARTISTS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Only managed to get my money back because I used PayPal. They need to be closed down immediately!!!!!!

Shoes received today Do not buy from this company, the shoes are not leather but plastic, I ordered a size above my normal size and they still don't fit. There's glue on show around the sole. Not received in a shoe box but plastic bag and shoe is creased. There is no return address in the package.

Absolutely Dreadful. I ordered a pair of black sandals but received red shoes!! I’m told if I return the shoes I have to pay the cost of shipping (to China)!! I have requested they send me the item I ordered and paid for on 4th June but this is ignored. AVOID THIS WEBSITE

The sandals are not size 6 as ordered - probably 5. The colour advertised as yellow is tan and the quality poor. I have tried to get a refund and return label without success so far. Really disappointed but not prepared to let this go.

I would not give it 1star give it 0 star. They are a con and a scam
