Belledorm Avis 

I've made a few purchases from this amazing company. The first purchase (Feb 2026) I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of bedding but hadn't opened the package for a few weeks after buying. When I realised what I'd done and contacted the company they were so understanding of the circumstances and immediately organised a return QR code, refunded as soon as they received the items just a couple of days later. Their customer service is efficient and outstanding

I purchased two fitted sheets due to sick of poor fitting sheets for supking bed.i have gone for the ultra deep ones due to having a deep mattress topper fitted.The sheets arrived quickly and the quality is good,the fitting is fantastic and have bought another one.

This review is not specifically related to the product (the bedsheets organiser bands) which I received very quickly and is really useful and good quality but at the appalling single use plastic packaging for each and every small band, which also arrived packed in a soft non recyclable plastic bag.

It is unacceptable that in 2025 a UK based company takes so little interest in making sure that their packaging is sustainable and instead packs such small items into individual single use non recyclable at home soft plastic packaging. Especially when they claim to « We are constantly looking for ways to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities,« .

This shows that this amount to little more than greenwashing.

The products look premium and customers seem very happy.

As an affiliate, I help bring in real sales and real revenue. Unfortunately, my commission seems to have entered a “long-term savings plan” with no withdrawal option.

Emails go unanswered. Updates don’t exist. Payments remain a mystery.

Not sure if this is a new business strategy, but hopefully it will change soon.

Excellent as always from Belledorm. Soft, comfy cosy ! Washes well, no ironing involved....the company really thinks things through. I love the little labels at the middle edge top and bottom of all their fitted sheets. No messing having to work out which way round, then a little gap at both sides of the bottom of the duvet cover corner so you can grab the duvet securely as you shake it into place. Fast posting...I have to say that out of all the online bed linen stores, Belledorm is my favourite.

Bought 2 brushed cotton sheets and one is great and the other one sheds. It has been washed more a couple of times and continues to let fall bits of brushed cotton. I dont want to put it on the bed. Washing instructions were followed. The other sheet has never shedded.

Top quality satin striped duvet set/pillow cases and sheet. Surpassed my expectation, delivery was less than a week after placing order. This was not cheap by any means, but with sale discounts, comparing to other similar quality bedding, I feel it's almost a bargain!

I am delighted to find a quality fitted sheet (46cm depth), which fits the mattress and topper really well. It has a generous amount of fabric to tuck in, feels beautifully soft and so worth the very reasonable price. I have ordered another two and have now found the best place to order my bed linen. Great items, and fully recommend this company.

Just purchased two bed sets from Belledorm, the quality surpasses any other companies in my opinion, they're gorgeous.Super fast delivery and free delivery.

I bought the Belledorm Ultimate Cotton Sateen 1200 Count Duvet - expecting top quality for the price. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The fabric feels cheap, and after washing, the creases were impossible to remove even with thorough ironing. There are also visible defects in the material, which makes me question the quality control.

This product is made in China, and it shows. The craftsmanship is poor, and the fabric lacks the luxurious feel one would expect at this price point. When I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but a generic response with basic washing instructions—no real help or acknowledgment of the defects.

For the amount I paid, I expected much better. The quality is disappointing, and the customer service offers no real solutions.

I would NOT recommend this brand and won’t be buying from them again.

I had a issue with one of my pillowcase coming away at one side contacted Belledorm and within 2 days I returned the pillowcase and another pair was sent to me great customer service well done Belledorm Elaine.

Very happy with my recent purchase…it’s just the colour I was after and good quality

Not happy, ordered an expensive brushed cotton flannelette duvet cover and sheet. The quality wasn’t up to scratch, they were scratchy and bobbly. I reached out to complain to the company, sent the items back, and the company refused to refund me, citing the items had been washed. They hadn’t- they had only been taken out the bag.

They claimed they posted them back to me; but never did. I’ve now lost both my money (£70) and my item, and am in the process of contacting Klarna, who I used when ordering from Belledorm.

Avoid!

“Chris” from Belledorm customer services is also useless, either ignores you or makes excuses.

Update 31st Oct 2024: the item did come back, in mangled condition and not in original packaging. I was hoping to sell the item and recoup some of the money, but the way they sent this back was a total mess- I’ve no idea why they didn’t include the original packaging. I managed to open a case with Klarna and get a refund. I would suggest doing the same with PayPal/ your bank if issues arise. It took weeks to win the case/obtain the refund though, so I’d suggest just not ordering from them to begin with.

From ordering to the very end all was excellent

The brushed cotton fitted sheets (red colour) are not up to Belledorm usual standard. When we attempted to put them on the beds we were overwhelmed by a dreadful chemical odour - possibly from the dye. In addition the material seems thin and cheap.
Unusable.

First class service and delivery. 1000 thread count sheets are lovely and comfortable. I ordered fleece sheets for the winter for my daughter which feel soft and warm. Maybe not such a good idea, as I probably won’t get her out of bed. 😅

Another successful purchase from Belledorm. Bought a couple of sheets and pillowcases to match the duvet covers. My order arrived swiftly.

Been buying and using Belledorm textiles for over 20yrs. Its great, I can now order on line with the confidence that products are going to be good quality, and value for money.
And the service ain't bad either. !

Good quick delivery, nice duvet covers and bottom sheets, for spare room, so I haven’t slept in them myself.
